It would be a nice monitor if it wasnt for that . I had to prop it up with some coasters to even be able to use it . I would not recommend

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung - 390 Series 24" LED Curved Monitor. Please know that this monitor does indeed tilt. It has a tilt range of -2° to +22°, as listed in the User Manual. Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back. This should tilt the monitor screen back. To tilt the monitor down, just push the bottom of the bezel gently and firmly back while pulling the top of the bezel towards you. Does not work anymore

Right when I hook HDMI chord into it, it blinks on and off. No luck trying to get it fixed either.
