    Gave it one star because it was open box "excellent condition." The monitor stand was missing and several of the LED display lights were dead giving a 1/2 inch wide vertical black streak all the way down 1/3 of the monitor screen. So disappointed. Started a new job and bought this out of my own pocket. Now I have to drive an hour and a half one way just to return. The screen itself appears to be absolutely beautiful resolution.

    I am sure some people would really like this monitor. Pretty fuzzy screen, very top heavy, a really off-putting product for curved screens.

    opened the box it came in and it was damaged with a large black line running down the front of the screen. best buy in algonquin, IL refused to help and store manager did not believe it was damaged prior to us opening box and stated we must have caused the damage. never going to buy anything from this company again and we were very loyal customers who even had best buy credit card. we have told everyone are story and are also promoting they buy from a different company

    After 3 days of using the monitor it appeared an horizontal line, first colored then just white that went from side to side. Looks like some pixels are dead or just stopped working. Such a shame from a Samsung Monitor. Seems like quality is no longer a part of their brand.

    Cheap price for cheap monitor. No issues with display. The on/off button was frustrating to work with. Turning it off takes a longer wait time- and a bit of fumbling around.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung - 390 Series 24" LED Curved FHD FreeSync Monitor. Please know that this monitor does tilt. It has a tilt range of -2° to +22°, as listed in the User Manual. Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back. This should tilt the monitor screen back. To tilt the monitor down, just push the bottom of the bezel gently and firmly back while pulling the top of the bezel towards you. if you need any assistance please do not hesitate to reach out via: 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST (Mon-Fri) / 9AM - 11PM EST (Sat-Sun).     Open Box Monitor was Used and Damaged

    Disappointed in Best Buy for this Open Box purchase. The screen was greasy dirty, the base was all scratched up and the stand appears to be a substitute. The stand put the monitor at the wrong angle which we know because this is identical to another monitor we keep in the home office. Including the two week wait for delivery, everything about this purchase was wrong and now we've got the hassle of returning it. You've got to do better, Best Buy.

    This is a great screen but the 27 is much better. My husband does a lot of reading and there is a noticeable difference.

    It wont connect to the pc with hmdi cable after two months of use. Picture quality is not there either.

    I recently purchased the following computer; CyberPowerPC - Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i7-9700K - 32GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER - 2TB Hard Drive + 500GB SSD - White I was told this particular Monitor would work as a second HDMI plug in Monitor. However, even though there are two HDMI plug ins on the back the computer only works with ONE HDMI Monitor. I need a Monitor using a Display type plus in it seems?!?!

    The monitor looks great but it does have some dead pixels right in the center of the monitor. And I exchanged it for another one still had the same dead pixel issue in corner this time. So I now have exchanged the same to a LG 27inch monitor.

    This monitor is not sturdy at all. I had it on my kitchen table and it still was easy to wobble. I had it less than 2 months before the monitor tipped over with little effort and now images are distorted and unviewable on the screen. The only positive thing I can say is that is was easy to connect to my Windows 11 laptop,
