They installed the dryer wrong. They incorrectly installed the power cord to the washer, causing it to not run. I had to hire an electrician to come in and fix the cord installation. Bad service.

Great definition, speakers don’t work though.

They don’t work, I can attach headphones, but the speakers don’t emit sound. According to other sites sometimes the speakers will work, but it takes a lot of turning off and on and even then sometimes there will be a lag. I do like the monitor, I just hate that I have to get external speakers.

But for its low budget price it serves well as a general purpose monitor for most people which doesn't disappoint.
