Good deal at the time

Also I noticed several other monitors did not have the capability to attach to a multimonitor desk stand. So far this monitor is working out great. This monitor came with 2 broken pixels. It was not a deal breaker for me.

It’s a nice size and works perfectly for what he wanted to use it for. Haven’t had any issues with it and it’s not super heavy.

BB Customer Service

Returned it to BB and they replaced it no questions asked. They even tested the new one for me before I took it home.

Can't adjust tilt or height

The reason I rate it lower is that there is no way to adjust either the forward or backward tilt and no way to raise or lower the screen. So, I have to place it on a box or other raised stand to put it at the right eye level for me at my desk. This makes the monitor much less versatile.
