The only reason I gave this monitor 3 stars is that you can't adjust the monitor. You can't tilt it up or down, it's fixed. That's the only issue with this monitor.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung C24F390 Display.
Please know that this monitor does indeed tilt. It has a tilt range of -2° to +22°, as listed in the User Manual.
Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back. This should tilt the monitor screen back. To tilt the monitor down, just push the bottom of the bezel gently and firmly back while pulling the top of the bezel towards you.

The only MAJOR downside is that there is no tilt functionality to the screen, and the monitor has an angle that completely unacceptable. I had to place about an inch of spacers underneath the front of the stand to make the monitor face me, vs. facing my stomach on the desk. This worked, and now isn't an issue, but to spend $200 and have it not work straight out of the box is disappointing. I'd recommend buying a monitor that has tilt functionality to prevent this issue.
