In-laws are happy

They live out in the country and are having a hard time getting reception to begin with. Finally, this year they were open to receiving this TV as a Christmas gift and are wondering why they hadn't done this sooner. They are very happy with the great picture (much improved!!!!) and the new technology is helping them with the reception issues that they were having before.

Pretty, but do we need the rest

Samsung seems to be more concerned with winning the TV with Stuff race as opposed to winning the great picture race.

Like most flat screens the speakers are on the bottom of screen and project downward. If you have a larger room a sound bar is probably needed. Set up was simple. I made a few adjustments to sound and picture quality to suit my preference.I am impressed with the base for the TV. It is metal and very sturdy. Am pleased with this purchase.
