I purchased this tv as an open box item. It works great and I would recommend an open box item.

This is my third Samsung TV that I have purchased from Best Buy. Great TV's for a great price. I highly recommend Samsung products.

We bought this to replace a 32" Plasma tv. This has a much better picture than our older plasma. The sound is good, but not great. We played around with the audio settings to get the sound where we like it. We don't want the earth shaking audio of a theatre, so this was ideal for us. Sound bars and such can be purchased for that.

Good color and a nice screen to see the program. To see all the action at the same time.

I needed a large screen TV for mother to replace her old 20 inch. After being assisted by a very helpful young man I picked this unit. It is without question one of the best sets that I've purchased, the picture is crisp and the setup was quick. Thank you Best Buy in Manhattan, W. 60's on Broadway. They were great and very knowledgeable.

Took me a few days to get tv working; mentioned several times to the salesperson that I have never owned an HGTV he should have asked if I had all necessary cables (hdmi) that I needed.

I was looking for a TV for the bedroom so my requirements were limited. We have no Smart TV requirements so it was a simple setup.

We have had this tv for about a month. It has a great picture and sound. We are using it on an indoor antenna and are very happy with the results. I did have some trouble figuring out how to set up the tv functions such as favorites list. I like the way it jumps to the digital channel when you enter just the number. (enter 4, it jumps to 4-1)

Our childcare and preschool center needed a replacement TV for inclement weather days where state requirements do not allow our kiddos to go outside. As kids and technology continue to become more complex, this size and SMART features accommodate our Centers' conformity to state requirements and always emerging digital world!

Two HDMI inputs and cable input. No composite video input which is odd but it does have 1 component video input. Overall picture is OK for the price. I don't think it is worth 349.

Got this as a Christmas gift for a family member and they love it. Samsung is a great brand.

I was looking for a replacement TV to fit in an enclosed space. TV quality is very good to excellent. If I had to do over, I would've gotten a smart TV mainly for streaming Netflix, etc. Nothing against this TV, the family just complained about it after the fact.

Light weight and amazing quality. Easy to use remote.

Sales rps were very helpful and spent a bunch of time with us. We ended up buying a second tv like the first one a couple weeks later.
