Chose this tv because we didn't need the Smart TV option or 4K, and this tv was just a size upgrade of our old Samsung. Perfect size for what we need! Great picture if you are in the market for one that doesn't provide 4K!

I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The picture quality is great. I've never owned a TV with such clarity. The only thing stopping me from rating it 5star is the audio. I've never had a sound booster but I should have listened to the salesman's recommendation to buy one.

The first one I purchased had a cracked LCD screen right out of the box. Best Buy replaced it immediately. I have had no issues. I don't have cable so I mostly stream through Amazon FIRE TV and the picture is great. Sound isn't too bad for a flat screen, but I did purchase a soundbar for improvement.

Bought this TV for my brother and sister-in-law as a house warming gift. We have a couple of Samsung TVs in our home so there was no question what brand we would buy them. This is a quality TV and you can't beat the price.

Bought this tv for my parents and they love it and was a great price.

TV was a gift for parents. Unknown to me they had purchased but not yet opened a new TV for themselves. After opening both and trying both, they ended up keeping the one I purchased as the picture quality was noticeably better.

Needed something cheap for the breakroom at work. Great picture as usual with Samsung . Didnt need smart tv since theres an xbox one hooked up. Cant beat price for this quality

This is a good non smart tv. Sweet spot of size picture and price. Wanted a tv that I could use outdoors on patio and in sunroom. Wanted something larger than a 32. This is just what we needed.
