Great but a bit disappointing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv is amazing but I purchased it open box and the employe failed to advise me before hand that the tv was missing the main stand piece so now I own a 40" with no stand, no one in the store said anything to me until I got home and had to drive back and ask why I was missing the stand.

Picture and sound are just fine.

My major complaint is that it does not have a composite video input for my old VHS player. The online description and even the box say it has one, but it is nowhere to be seen.The price was right.

Samsung TV 40 " led 1080p hdtv

Good for news, and TV movies. Do not watch sports too much with it. The high def is pretty good and the color spectrum I see decent.

Everything else is great. The last one I bought on line is 40" Samsung, love it.
