We've always bought Samsung TVs and this one fits the bill for our bedroom. The factory audio is just fine for the bedroom. Great quality picture.

I wanted a great TV for gaming and watching different streaming services for a relatively low price. This TV met all of my expectations and more. It fills my living with lots of sound even when turned down low and the picture quality is good for the price.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. Loves it

A good tv with high quality picture. My only qualm, which some other reviews have mentioned, is that the sound isn't the best. So now I am considering getting a soundbar to enhance the sound. Otherwise, I am satisfied with this tv and it was a good price.

This unit is awesome, the picture is superb and clarity is spot on. I use this as my computer monitor and entertainment device for viewing movies and sports and it does both jobs excellently.

Upgrade from a 24in lots of inputs and HD what more could I ask for around this price

Picture is fine, sound is just barely OK. I hooked it up to my old analog sound system with a digital/analog converter, and there seems to be a time lag enough that it produces an echo. Best Buy was of little help, and I was ignored for quite a while. Finally someone acknowledged that I existed, and at least enabled me to buy it.

We mounted this TV in our Credit Union lobby for our customers. It was an ideal choice for our purpose, It was easy to wall mount and the size is great. A very good competitive price as well.

Great size tv for a bedroom. 40 inch is perfect even for small bedrooms. Very quick programming. I love that a great brand name Samsung was at such a great price. Have already recommended.

Samsung has always been a great buy for us! The product and associates at Best Buy are top notch. TV has a great picture. As with most flat tvs you will need alots sound bar or equivalent.

Not a great TV, but Decent. Picture is OK and sound is kinda lacking. HDMI-CEC does not seem to work. I would not recommend this for your main TV, but its decent for a bedroom.

We now have 3 samsung hd tv's various types. The main 60" one started shutting off after 10 months and needed warranty service. The "deals" make us keep purchasing, so we will see how this one performs. Picture quality and inputs are the best features.

We bought this TV for my teenage son's room for both gaming and watching TV. The picture is remarkable, and sound is good both for watching and gaming. We are very pleased with this purchase.

This is my first flat screen TV. What a difference! The picture is clearer, things don't get cut off like they did with a regular TV. Great for watching sports. I am really enjoying it.

I LOVE my new TV!! I have a much bigger picture now than on my old ancient TV. The Geek squad member who came out and hooked it up for me was very professional and went above and beyond.

samsung is a great brand. the sale price was decent as we compared before purchase.

With a strict budget in mind, I compared tv's side by side & read reviews, then did a comparison of prices. This tv is everything I expected & more! And Best Buy's prices were the best :)

Went to Best Buy looking for a replacement for a 32 inch TV that went bad. Found the Samsung 40inch at a price that was close enough to the price point for the smaller system to make us trade up. Display and sound are very good and set up was as simple as could be wished. We were pleased to find that the cable remote found the codes for the TV making it a one remote situation. Only in use for a few weeks but so far we're very pleased with the purchase.
