Good TV at a great price

Had to use Samsung remote to turn off tv.. After 3 service calls, tech said I have a software problem in tv. Returned tv to BestBuy. After getting this tv changed DIRECTV to HD. Discovered after 3 service calls that a software problem existed that prevented Directv remote operating tv channel selection and turning off tv. Had to use samsung remote to turn off. Returned tv to BestBuy.
