Disappointing

I'm having trouble with the picture. The pixels show up constantly and the volume, when on mute, still has volume???? Best Buy says it is my provider and the provider says it is Best Buy!!!! So the moral of my story is I am stuck with a tv that does not work properly and Best Buy's Assistant Manager, Brandon, wouldn't do anything for us. Oh, btw, it is only 6 weeks old!!! H H Gregg, here we come!!!!
