Very happy with the TV after installation issues

Samsung troubleshooting resulted in me returning a TV that was probably perfectly fine. Troubleshooting with Cablevision (2nd TV) resulted in diagnosis that the cable wire needed replacement. What had been very poor reception instantly cleared up when I jiggled the cable wire connection to the TV. Very happy with the TV now.

Salesman sold us different tv than the one wanted

He went thrrough a stack and grabbed a tv from the center of the pile I thought I had bought a smart tv. WRONG. On top of that screw up, I requested an e-mail receiptt. I never received the receipt. Next time I'll go to PC Richards for appliances,or tvs The tv is good but not as good as a smart tv.
