Terrible Picture

I purchased an open box version of the TV and had to return it because the picture was dim and the clarity was not great. Best Buy however refunded me and allowed me to purchase another TV which is great. Best Buy has an excellent customer service.

The day it was scheduled for delivery it wound up missing by UPS. I contacted Best Buy about my issue. They overnighted another TV to me. Received in excellent condition. Mounted on bedroom wall. Plays beautifully . Very Happy
