I bought tv in black Friday for aa great price. I plugged it in and it had a dark spot but they replaced it with no problems. Great overall

I bought this TV for my mom. You can't beat the price. While I am a little disappointed with the screen (there appears to be some sort of underlying shadow), she doesn't notice it, thinks it's just great the way it is. She didn't want to return it!!!

This is the most used gift that I ever gave my husband! he was stubborn to get ride of his old TV, until he saw a HDTV at a friend's place. So, I surprised him with one.

I only wish the HDMI plug in ports were done better and had at least 1 more HDMI plug in. The HDMI plug in ports are cheap looking and feels like if you use the ports or plug and unplug alot it could damage easily. Other than that it's a great TV.

My family has always owned Samsungs. After a disappointing purchase two years ago of a smart tv (Vizio) that broke, I knew what brand to buy. The controls are simple as well as the set up.

TV was purchased for my Mom in Perrysburg, Oh. Picked it up at the store and took it home to install. Great service by salesman and quick ring up by cashier. Great set and a great price!!

This TV was to replace one that broke in less than a year and after not having a TV while it was being repaird then returned and again it was having the identical problem. Well the replacement is terrible. The facial clarity is fuzzy and color is not sharp. Oh well that's all that BB would do unless I want to come up with another $2-300 No way. I'm a regular TV watcher and now that's not fun anymore.just frustrating. Just like the cable company we all have to learn to live with inferior customer service especially from the big companies and move on because it's too annoying. I"ve been dealing with the replacement for 2 months and the TV problem for months.

I thought this tv might be too big for its intended location, but I trusted my husband's judgement and we bought it. It's perfect. My husband was right. I'm glad I went with his choice.

Ok quality but I was expecting more for a Samsung tv

happy with the picture quality. The sound is erratic. We sometimes hear an echo sound on dialog during program.

So much for being what I ordered...ok price still.

Easy to use, gets clothes clean and the dryer is fabulous! Best Buy made the purchase easy; I bought the washer and dryer on a Friday evening and they were in and working Sunday noon! Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars is LG's customer service...

Bought the TV at a very good price but found out that my children were buying me a larger Samsung TV . I return it unopened. But the return was easy and customer service was great

We purchased this TV for my mother-in-law for Christmas and she loved it! And, it was so easy to set up. She was afraid that we spent too much on it, but we got it at a great price!

The screen goes black every time I turn on the tv. It worked at first then it just went black and now I can't watch anything but the visual on the screen when watching tv is really good.

I needed a gift for a friend that needed a flat screen but my budget was limited. So when I saw this tv on sale and for the money it had all the hook ups needed for all their needs.

Instead of buying a smart tv, I have it hooked up to a Roku. It does everything I ask of it. The remote is a little cheap, but you can't expect anything more at this price range.

This Samsung is great, needed something really quick and didn't have a ton of money to spend. This Samsung has all the features and qualities of a very expensive top of the line TV.

This is our 4th Sansung tv of which, two were puchased at Bestbuy. Products are reasonable and last!
