    Purchase was easy. Customer service was good - Check out was easy. We bought a TV as a gift. The person really likes it.

    TV is good not great. Think I should have went for a Smart TV. Picture is not the best, color needed to configured after initial setup ( which was easy) but the picture size won't stay it unfortunately changes when and if the channel calls for it which can be annoying at times. But for the price (on sale/ other discounts) it'll do. Will definitely spend a little more next time for a more modern/up to date TV.

    40" and 24" Samsung tvs have electronic smell. Not good. Otherwise I do like the tvs.
