    TV would get 5 stars but my experience drops it to 2. I picked the Smart TV up for $300...get home, install it on the wall only to find out it is not the smart version. The box had the wrong shipping sticker on it. Now, smart tv wasn't a deal breaker so I called the store and explained the issue and offered to send them photos and provide them with serial number so they could issue me a credit. The guy I spoke to was a jerk and said there was nothing he could do I had to bring the box back to prove it or take the tv off the wall to return it. I wasted 2 hours bringing the box back to prove my point and get $50 credited back for the price difference. Customer service rep was very nice and handled the situation but I will not buy from this specific store again due to the manager I spoke to on the phone.
