Purchased this tv over the Thanksgiving weekend. Was lucky enough to get a great price for an awesome TV! Pros: Clear, sharp picture Crisp sound Easy set up Cons: Thicker than my other LED TVs which was a little disappointing. Minimum HDMI/USB slots Poor directions for those that need them. Overall I would say this was a great purchase!

Good picture for a basic TV. Slow refresh rate. Would prefer 120 not 60 refresh rate for sports.

This was a good purchase for a small room. I have a living room where the couch is approximately 10 foot distance from the TV so I could have gone for a 50" screen but this TV is great too. The only thing I HIGHLY SUGGEST is automatically purchasing an HDMI cable. I did not know this and the picture was drastically improved by having that cable. I personally think it should come with the TV purchase so that's my only complaint.

This is my 3rd samsung tv and that alone should speak volumes. I have purchased vizio and and even sharp in the past. Both were returned. I love samsung tv. they are by far superior to all other brands. If you want to save money get another brand. if you want the best of the best that will future proof your purchase, get samsung.

This is my second Samsung TV that I've bought from Best Buy in four years and am very happy with it. Picture and sound are great for a 40 inch TV. I also bought a Roku stick (also from Best Buy) and it pairs perfectly with it. No need to buy the "Smart" model.

We needed a TV that would fit into a built in space we had. This tv was perfect The set up was a snap. The picture quality is good,although it could be a little sharper. The sound is fine,however it is hooked into surround sound so this is not an issue. Good tv for the price.
