I bought this on cyber Monday and it was definitely worth the price. I love it.

Bought as a gift around the holidays as a bundle with Xbox. Got a great deal. Only bad thing was tv was shipped and arrived damaged. Was able to take into Best Buy and exchange. Other than that, it's been a great investment.

So far Samsung is the only brand I've found that has an auto on and off timer (different than a sleep timer). We use these for wallboards to display charts and other data at the office. Being able to set a day of the week and a time to turn on and turn off is great.

Product was packed well, no crack. Picture quality is good.

Purchsed this tv online black friday weekend using in-store pickup. Very easy process, tv was waiting for me at pick-up desk after showing my id. I picked this tv over the 40j5200 & 40J6200 after reading reviews about those 2 tvs smart hub problems. Glad i did, tv was easy to setup-had to just buy some 6mm mounting screws to mount to the wall. Very good sound and excellent picture, would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a basic no frills tv. Just hook up a wifi device (roku, apple tv, firestick) and enjoy a beautiful picture

Great TV for any medium or small room. Good price and great quality. Very clear screen. TV looks better (better quality screen) at home than at the store. Glad I purchased this TV. Would buy it again, and might for another room in the house.

The TV is a very good basic unit. However, I went to Samsung US to see if there was a software update available. Ajay I from Samsung mentioned that the model number couldn't be found. He did more digging and found that this is a Canadian unit, at least the one I have and any future support will have to come from Samsung Canada. I had the unit shipped to me but it came from Minneapolis (at least that is what the UPS tag had on it). I think Best Buy has a responsibility to tell the customer BEFORE buying so that if support is needed, a non US support center is indicated. Very poor business decision. I like the set but being told the whole truth. Set works great.

I got the tv for free with my purchase of a curve tv and I wan to say that the colors and quality of the tv is amazing

Since I just purchased a Roku, I didn't need to purchase a "Smart" tv. This TV has plenty of HDMI inputs. Great value!

Nice TV, everyone tells me what a great picture it has, and I agree that's what lead me to purchase it and the Samsung brand name. The one i purchased was manufactured in Feb 2016 i was in awe i bought a just made Sammy, but now only after 4 months of ownership it has pixel issues, good thing i got the 2 year warranty!!! back it goes tomorrow......I'll probably buy the same model due to the connect share feature or I might switch brands.

I bought this tv today. WOW! Great picture, great sound and super easy setup. Great product!

Picture quality was not that good, but it was less that $300.00. I purchased this TV on 01/19/16. On 02/19/2016 I turn on the TV and all I hear is a squealing on the TV. This was on all channels and the only way to stop it was to mute the TV. I contacted Best Buy in The Woodlands, TX, where I purchased the TV, and ask about an exchange on the TV. I was told that it would have to be sent in to Samsung for service. I was also informed that this would take around 10 days at a minimum for repairs. I have had this TV for 1 month exactly when it malfunctioned. I will be going and purchasing a new TV, Not SAMSUNG and not from BEST BUY! I have been a Best Buy costumer for many year and that ends now. If I sold a product that only lasted 30 days I would stand behind it. If you don't keep your costumers happy then you don't keep costumers.

Read a lot of reviews before purchasing a TV and Samsung does a solid job when it comes to TV's. It came down to a vizio and samsung. Went with the Samsung due to reviews and promo price. Been using it for a few months now and I have ZERO complaints. It has been an amazing TV. Picture quality and sound is fantastic for what you pay for. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

The Tv is pretty good and has a good picture all I will say is you may have to do a bit of tuning when you get it out of the box to find the right picture setting for you but other than that it's great

Bought this at my local best buy on April 26. I was replacing an 8 year old Philips 37" LED. Both online reviews and advice from sales staff convinced me the 60hz refresh rate would be acceptable. Picture was always cloudy and washed out. Definition and sharpness were not good. I tried to adjust everything from the back lighting to the contrast to the color mixture. Nothing seemed to make the picture better. When viewed from angle, the picture was even worse. Now I have many Samsung appliances and love the brand. Maybe this was just a lemon. It is by all means, just a machine. I returned it to the store on April 30th. I would suggest going to a minimum 120hz refresh rate if you can pony up the extra bucks. I did however make a bold choice and chose the 40" Samsung UHD4K to take home and we love it. Go big or go home, right?
