So far we are very pleased with the TV. It shows a very clear picture, the sound is good and the colors are true. We are happy with this purchase.

Prior purchasing this TV I had some concerns with Samsung sound quality. However, I am very happy with both the picture and sound quality. I am very happy I purchased this product.

The old tv I had took a while to come on. I am still surprised that this one comes right on and the picture is VERY clear. I figure why spend money on HD when it is so clear already!

Purchased this t.v. for a small living room in our vacation condo. It is a great t.v. for the money. We almost always purchase Samsung products and have never had a problem with them.

I never buy the Smart TVs as they cost more and I prefer to use a ROKU or gaming device. They are much more functional and can be upgraded at will. Great pic on this TV at a great price.

This television is wonderful. The sound, picture quality and simply, overall value is outstanding!

Clear picture quality. The no-glare screen is perfect for when blinds are open and sunlight comes in.

Crystal clear hd, enough inputs for satellite and ps4 and very easy to switch between the two. Plus local channels are very clear.

I bought it for a spare bedroom but turns out the picture is great, had to move it to mine... :)

This television has been great as expected. We have 3 Samsungs and it seems like they get better each year. The color and clarity is phenomenal, especially under HD cable broadcast.

Picture is great but... I can't seem to get the picture the correct size... It must have something to do with the settings on the DISH NETWORK box. But, Like I said the picture is GREAT

Great picture, easy to use, straight forward hook up.

I love this TV for my bedroom. It replaced my 32". Its not a main TV but works great as a secondary tv. Note that the images are best when looking straight on versus from the side.

A solid viewing experience. Nice picture. The sound is good. A bit higher priced than similar items but am relying on Samsung quality to avoid having to replace for a long time.

40" is the perfect size for my bedroom. It has a great quality picture. My only concern is regarding the sound - I haven't yet discovered how to adjust the settings to reduce the bass. Overall though, terrific product.

The main thing for us is simply coming into the 21st Century. It's nice to have a TV that's not sitting in a stand that takes up half the room. Good picture, not too bad to set up.

The TV I had in my bedroom was so small I could not read the menu to select a program. What a difference now on my new 40 inch screen. Thank Best Buy for giving me such a good price

this was a great buy for me, got a 1080p for less than a 720p plus it went on sale a week later and they did a price adjustment for me also. all in all a great picture and sound.

The television is wonderful (purchased to replace an older Samsung TV which was damaged during a storm). The customer service received, however, was not. The 800 number was more frustration than worth it (miserably long wait times, etc.) Most of the staff at my local Best Buy, however, did what they could within their "power" to make a miserable experience a little better. Once we were finally able to get the Geek Squad out to wall mount this TV, they were very great. We did buy a new wall mount at the time we purchased the TV because we were told that the old wall mount we had would not work ---- well, it did. And, because of the long wait for an appointment with the Geek Squad and through no fault of ours, the 15-day return policy was one day over and we were unable to get a $70+ refund for the unopened, unused, brand new, not needed wall mount we were told we needed. The staff at our Best Buy did eventually award us a store credit "which will never expire", so the next time we need another TV, we have that (ha, ha). So, in response to the next question, Yes, I would recommend the TV to a friend, but NOT the Best Buy purchase process.

with the quality of the picture and sharpness you will differently feel like you have spent a lot of money without spending big bucks .. Thats the best part of it . awesome T.V
