good basic HDTV for the price

Price was good for this size tv and Samsung brand Is proven. Good enough for no frills bluray and cable tv programming.

Gift for grandma

Simple to use. She is thrilled with it and is completely enjoying watching her games on it. You will not be disappointed with this tv

Great TV for the price, a few irregular issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been using this TV for a couple of months now, and so far it works like it should, picture looks great and it's easy to navigate menus. I have had a few issues here and there with spots of color remaining unchanged and the screen going snowy in parts (requiring me to unplug the HDMI cable and back in, or just turn the TV off and back on, and the problem goes away). These issues have happened maybe two or three times since I started using it...and since I don't have multiple devices to try it's hard to say whether it's the television itself or my cables/devices. For now I'm satisfied.
