Thanksgiving TV Rush
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I arrived at my local Best Buy about 30 mins. prior to their opening at 6pm on Thanksgiving. As everyone entered, we were directed to the back to stand in a line "For TVs ONLY". I stood in the proper line and then started to notice people just walking up to the stacks of TVs and walking away with them. I finally asked a Best Buy person and was told, If you want 1 of the TVs in the stacks, just help yourself and take them up front to pay for it. So, I started over to the stack that I had seen the TV that I wanted. Just as I got there, someone grabbed the last one! Confused and getting angry, I asked another Best Buy person about the TV. He said, "If they are all gone, you can wait in line and order one." Meanwhile, I'm watching people walking by me with carts that have 3, 4, and 5 tvs. I ended up grabbing another TV from a stack. I ended up with the size I wanted, but paid about $100.00 more than I wanted to. So, I would say I'm a bit disappointed at Best Buy for creating total chaos. The product is good, but the service and total experience was poor.

Great TV

It had the best price and I have bought a lot from them and I have had a good experience every time. The TV has a beautiful picture and great color. You should try one.
