Lots of bells and whistles

The much smaller bezel allows for a 40 inch unit to fit in the same space as the older 37 inch. This tv’s processor handles the acquisition and processing of a signal much faster, allowing for good response time. The smart remote is loaded with features. The voice command works well, only having a connection issue once and awhile. Overall a very nice TV.

Once we were home and had set up the tv, we were impressed with the screen, depth of HD and overall appearance. The sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. We resisted purchasing a sound bar, but may down the road, just to have clarity with some of the programming that plays music over the dialogue.

Netflix, Prime, other internet TV apps. The color & the image quality is amazing. We like it so much we're adding one to our home gym room! Quit reading & go buy one....or two.

The only problem I have, is the compatibility with my Verizon Fios cable box. When you turn the the tv and select FIOS, there is no menue function key on the Samsung smart controller. You need both controllers to watch TV.

I wanted a simple one - without many bells and whistles. I like the Samsung that I purchased. The color on it is very good. My salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products.

Since I also have a Galaxy phone, this TV has even more features. The main downside is that the frames will buffer from time to time. But if you're looking for a great 4K TV with a lot of features, AND you have a Galaxy device, this TV is definitely the way to go!

The main one I’ve noticed is that my accounts (Spotify and HBOGo) are routinely signed out of and I have to go through and use the remote to type my login info every month or so. Maybe a software update will fix this, or maybe it’s a permanent annoyance, but overall it’s a great tv.
