This is the first time I have bought a television in many years. I searched many places, and thought that Best Buy was the right place to purchase. The customer service was excellent.

It was time for a new television and the timing couldn't be more perfect. We purchased a Samsung 40" 4K smart tv , the price was right and it gets tons of HD channels just over-the-air.

The user interface built into this TV is beautiful and very functional. I love how the universal remote “just works” for all my HDMI appliances (Blue Ray, Apple TV, Fire Stick).

I have searched for a better monitor that I can use with my laptop. My older monitor did not support UHD. This TV works excellent as a monitor. No issues connecting this TV to my laptop.

For the price, it is an ok tv. We bought it for my father in law to watch in bed. It works well for that and especially at the price. If your looking for a TV as your main family room TV than I'd get a large and higher end model.

This is a great lower end entry level 4K UHD TV. We have mounted it, a breeze. Screen is bright and vibrant. Tv speakers are so-so, our only gripe with he tv is it can be slow responding to commands, but overall you can't go wrong here. Worth it if you can get it under 350

Overall works fast through did have some delays here and there only after a month of owning. Not sure if it is my network or what but surprised at how smooth it works overall so far

Had the tv for 6 weeks and then the video would intermittently cut out leaving only the audio. Contacted Samsung Customer Service and after trying all type of corrective action, I had to package it up and send it back to Samsung for service. Still waiting to hear from them about fixing what I have come to find out is a KNOWN problem. Stay away from this tv and all other Samsung 4k UHD tvs.

I have always enjoyed the quality that Samsung has been putting out for years, at a decent price.

We love this new UHD 2160p Smart TV from Samsung. I have always been a fan of Samsung anyway. The only weird thing that I find the TV does is to drop the volume down at intermittent times, but I really haven't had a chance to check all the settings to see if something is off.

Purchased this television as an upgrade to my old LCD are that was on its last legs so to speak. After doing some research of a few other brands, my decision was pretty simple.

Even though we carefully reviewed TVs before choosing and purchasing this one, we are surprised at several more features we didn't know about. We couldn't be more pleased.

Setup was super easy out of the box. Remote is simple and to the point. If I were asked what I'd change, I'd make the remote buttons less sensitive. Good t.v. though!

Went to purchase a 32" smart TV and ended up purchasing a 41" Samsung Smart TV with 2160 resolution much better than my original choice, thanks to the salesperson.

we bought this Samsung TV to replace an older one. Everything went as expected, from on-line ordering to on time delivery and installation with clear instructions.

After reviewing product reviews we bought this to fit in an entertainment center that had specific size requirements. This was a perfect fit! And the quality of the picture is excellent! Couldn't be happier!

Little bit more expensive than other 4K TV's out there but its everything promised. Just wish DirectTV would make an app that works with Smart TVs not just DirectTV Now
