IT'S VOICE OPERATED - ONLY. It's very difficult to operate, Changing channels is hit and miss. distracted in a large room. Have to remember the code words. Can't be over-ridden. SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING RETURNING IT!

I am sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the user experience.
Please know that the smart remote that comes with the TV can operate all common remote commands that you would expect like channel up/down, volume up/down, channel input, etc. It also has added functionality of voice control. Now in some apps like Netflix voice control may be limited based on the App; not the TV. Selecting the volume up or down while in any App should always work as that is a TV function, not an App function.
