Am having Comcast service man come out to "fix" it for me. If that doesn't work you may be getting it back. I prefer the days of "regular" TV!

They could've done better. Aside from that, the smart tv navigation and apps do well.

Function screen won't clear at times ... have to turn TV off and then back on to reset. A "SMART" TV should be more intuitive to use. Would not buy one of these again.

I don't like that the channels don't match what I'm watching. I do like that I can use my old samsung remote with this TV.

The television freezes and turns itself off whenever it wants to (a ridiculous amount of times per day). The popular streaming apps Netflix and Amazon prime work fairly ok, but Hulu doesn't. I can't connect my phone or laptop device like Samsung solicits. This is the farthest thing from a smart tv. It's a piece of crap. Save your $400. The only thing good about this tv is the picture.

It becomes really faded if you have a light on in the same room. The sound leaves a lot to be desired. For regular programming, the sound has to be turned way up. When a commercial comes on, the sound is so loud, it makes you jump. I have always liked Samsung televisions, but this one is disappointing.

Non HD picture mode is not good
