    I love Samsumg TVs, have 3, this "Smart" one is the 4th. Too difficult to set up and not user friendly. Am having Comcast service man come out to "fix" it for me. If that doesn't work you may be getting it back. I prefer the days of "regular" TV!

    Great apps, picture quality and sound . the problem is when washing TV the screen gets black for about a second. I change cable TV box and power source but the problem is the TV.

    This low budget 4k model does not have enough brightness that makes viewing more shaded dim than my prior Samsung LCD model from 5 years ago. They could've done better. Aside from that, the smart tv navigation and apps do well.

    Moe complicated than it needs to be. Function screen won't clear at times ... have to turn TV off and then back on to reset. A "SMART" TV should be more intuitive to use. Would not buy one of these again.

    This Samsung TV is ok, nothing to brag about. The color is not good on old shows/movies. I don't like that the channels don't match what I'm watching. I do like that I can use my old samsung remote with this TV.

    This television is not worth the purchase. I've had problems since day one. The television freezes and turns itself off whenever it wants to (a ridiculous amount of times per day). The popular streaming apps Netflix and Amazon prime work fairly ok, but Hulu doesn't. I can't connect my phone or laptop device like Samsung solicits. This is the farthest thing from a smart tv. It's a piece of crap. Save your $400. The only thing good about this tv is the picture.

    This item was electronically damaged. Opened box, plugged in, watched it freak out. Will be returning to store.

    The picture is nice and clear until night. It becomes really faded if you have a light on in the same room. The sound leaves a lot to be desired. For regular programming, the sound has to be turned way up. When a commercial comes on, the sound is so loud, it makes you jump. I have always liked Samsung televisions, but this one is disappointing.

    Can not adjust sound volume from handset. Must set volume behind screen that requires running to the back of the monitor when program volume changes between programs.

    Non HD picture mode is not good

    Watch this tv in the bedroom. Have not had a chance to use the smart tv features to comment. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the tv in HD viewing mode and functions.
