Amazing Picture & Great Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently moved a couple months ago and I bought 3 of these TVs (55", 43", 40") for my new house,. They all have amazing pictures and I positively LOVE LOVE LOVE the new universal remote. They seamlessly controls my ROKUs & AMAZON FIRE TV devices perfectly and setup is a breeze... Also the built in TV Guide for OTA channels is wonderfull. My only issue has been with the 40" model. For some reason the the TV keeps losing connection with the remote and it must be "paired" to the TV before each use... Samsung has been great working with me to resolve the problem but even after a new remote and then a tv circuit board replacement, the problem persists... Overall, Samsung products are A+++ but sometimes a bad one will get through.

TV has issues

It happen the 1st time Aug 10 the day it was delivered. We were only at the house for 5 days and haven't been back since and it happened again during that time. Then during 3 weeks I had someone come to check my house TWO OTHER times and the TV was on again. I finally had someone just unplug it. Now I am told to bad. No replacement. I have to bring it in and pay to have it shipped to Samsung. I was told I waited to late 15 day limit I wasn't even there for 15 days. Going back down this week. I will never buy from Best Buy again. So disappointed

Motion blur problem

Expected better.

Nice except for sound and some channel seem dark.

Please know that this unit does allow you to adjust the picture size on your screen.
To fit the picture to the screen, please go to: Home> Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings > Fit to Screen.
You can also adjust the picture size and position to your liking by setting the Picture Size to Custom, and then adjust it under Home> Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings > Zoom and Position.

No longer Best Buy customer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for our bedroom in May and given vacations, busy end of school schedules and other demands I wasn't able to get the wall mount hung until last weekend. I took the tv out of the box, hung it and turned it on. There was a large internal crack in the screen rendering it completely useless. As a long time Best Buy customer (appliances, tvs, cameras, iPads and more) I was blown away by their simple answer that they weren't responsible and wasn't their problem. I won't be shopping at Best Buy anymore which is a shame because I dont like supporting Amazon either.

Not full 4k

The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out. It is also designed with lots of custom settings, allowing users to adjust images to their liking.

This is the shortest life for any TV I have ever owned. If you are looking for a TV that will last this is not a good choice....
