This is my first Samsung and it did not disappoint. Picture is beautiful and features impressive.

We recently had to upgrade our bedroom TV from an old JVC LCD model. What I really liked about this was the Netflix app built into the TV and the on-board Wi-Fi. I used to stream Netflix through our TiVo, but it would sometimes have issues with video quality being really blurry. Being able to get it straight from the TV makes it so much easier. I also like the speakers on the TV. They seem to modulate the sound from loud explosions or music in movies very well so I don't have to manually scramble for the remote to turn down the volume.

Let's be honest no TV comes with great sound. I hooked it up to a soundbar and it's better but we move this TV around a lot so it couldn't have anything better and be very mobile. I like the controller and the TV is light and easy to use.

I love the TV. I was concerned about the 40" size being too small for my room but it works out very well. Color and clarity is outstanding and the app functions are great. I don't know why the Smart TVs don't have improved software to support a keyboard on all the search capabilities offered. It is clumsy and tiresome the way you have to enter in letters with the remote. Sound quality is good for the built in speakers.

Great picture quality and refresh rate. Easy to setup, with lots of configuration options.

We were watching HD TV shows streamed by Netflix within a couple hours of installation. Our cable provider needed to run our signal through a set top box, but that's no problem. Sound is good for the master bedroom we have it in...no need for a sound bar or extra speakers, etc.

Well packaged product, intuitive remote and feature suite. Adequate HDMI ports and excellent picture for casual user. No setup headaches just entered wifi password and tv pretty much did the rest. Up and being entertained in minutes.

This is a nice size for a TV and I like the smart feature that let's me stream Netflix

I recommend this to anyone. I have had it for less than 2 months but it works great. Sound quality is good great size for my bedroom. Streaming works great I have fios and picture quality and streaming speed for netflix are on point. Only thing I haven't really used is the internet browser on tv seems that surfing the net would be better if you get a mouse to use. Other than that I highly recommend.

Bought this for my daughter. She loves it. 40-inch screen is the right size for family room - big enough screen size, yet not too heavy to move. No longer have to use Wii to connect to Netflix. Her boyfriend likes it so much, he plans to buy the same model soon.

We have really had to tweek the picture to get it the way we like it. The picture was way too dark for the bedroom so we had to mess with the brightness, sharpness, clarity adjustments until it was a good picture at all times. Since we fixed that little issue it is a great TV. Sound quality is better than I could have hope for. We can hear it just fine. We have it in the master bedroom so it doesn't have to compete with any house/kid noise. :-) All in all a great tv at a great price.

Overall great TV. We bought it for our son's room which does not currently have a cable connection. The wireless Internet feature is great as he can view the Internet; watch Netflix; play computer games; etc. without having to pay for another cable connection. He can also control the TV using his smart cell phone.

When my mothers Sanyo died we went to Best Buy and purchased this 40" Samsung. I own a 55" 3D and a 40" Samsung Smart TV that I'm very happy with. They have an awesome picture, color & clearity. I would recommend the Samsung TV to anyone. I don' watch TV all the time my friend, but when I do, I watch a Samsung.

Excellent TV, Easy set up and very slim. An added plus is the Smart Tv feature.

TV was light, so easy to move, really like the picture, and the price was great.
