Good TV for the price

Its good in picture quality and sound but could have had better features and Ssamsung in general could have had better Hub with apps. For use as TV I think its a good product but dont expect much genX stuff from this.

Disappointed About Volume Control

I hooked the TV to it and was shocked that the manufacturer assumes that I have a newer, less quality stereo system with a remote. Connecting this TV to a stereo overrides the volume control feature of the TV. I have to get up and walk across the living room to adjust the volume, and I have no Mute feature either.

This is an excellent flat screen TV

The delivery guys from Best Buy arrived on time and helped set it up. They also carted away our 30 year old Sylvania model. I was able to relatively easily set up the TV with my DirecTV service.

I called support, though, and Samsung had excellent support! They said we wouldn't end the call, without me getting internet access. I feel like the weight has been lifted, because if a company has great support, you'll never lose.
