Best Buy was gracious with my return, Much confusion about delivery costs and pick up old TV requirements. GEEK squad operator did not know what she was talking about. Not used to the flat screen and find it somewhat distorted. Sometimes picture does not fit screen and I think it is the cable company which I will contact.

This is my 4th Samsung T.V., 3 are SMART, and one is SMART & 3D (plasma). Would not have any other brand of television. Quality is there for sure. Great features, easily put together (wiring), very easy to follow instructions. Excellent customer support.

This is the third Samsung product we have in our house. We are confident in Samsung.

This was an anniversary present for my wife and I. We moved up from a 19 inch tube TV. What a difference this TV is. I just wished the remote had a direct button for the sleep function. The sound quality could be a little better. Great TV over all.

I consider this to be an excellent buy for the price. I'm not the type of person that will usually buy at first sight. This was one of those times when i felt like I could not pass up the deal.

Great TV! I love being able to use my iPhone to control the TV with the tv app.

I researched TV reviews extensively before purchasing and determined this one to be the best for my needs. Overall it is perfect except for the sound issue. Oh, one other thing...I use Netflix a lot and it repeatedly indicates that I am not logged in so I have to reenter my membership info. Pain in the rear!

This is my first smart flat screen TV, and I love how easy it is to use. Connection to the internet was simple. When it's time to replace my other TV I will certainly get another Samsung.

The Best Buy Sellsperson....Do not tell me the truth about the type of TV that I purchase. It was a 60 mz not the 120 mz that I was looking for. That was disappointing to me. I like the TV but DID NOT like the BEST BUY sellsperson WHO I ASSUME knew what HE was telligme. It's a trust factor Brother!!!!

I did a little research before I went into the Best Buy store, so I knew exactly what model TV I wanted. The entire transaction and delivery into my car took about 10 minutes. This TV was very easy to set up and has been perfect for us.

Got this tv for my college apartment. The ability to watch Netlfix on the tv with nothing but a wifi connection is really helpful and stress-free.

Great tv..... We have really enjoyed! The salesperson was informative and helped us select this TV. we were easily able to setup the tv and hookup to the internet. We have really enjoyed and are going to purchase another in the near future.

We felt the service at Best Buy was helpful in making a selection and that the salesman answered our questions and then gave us "space" to make our decision. The television was fairly easy to set up and to get the features started.

We purchased this at out local Best Buy store. The salesman was great. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a "Smart" TV but he assured me that it would be easy to connect. He was correct and we've been very happy with it since/

Did not go into Best Buy to get a 40". But price was such that I could not refuse this deal. The Smart TV was the same as a regular with the added $79.00 for the roko box. This is so much easier. Loved the ease of installation.

It is not as great as I thought it was going to be regarding picture quality. The color seems off no matter how we adjust it. It also still has quite a bit of glare/light reflection. We were told to go with the LED vs LCD or Plasma to reduce the glare. Everything else about the TV is great.

Great smart TV for your bedroom. Absolutely a must have with all the built in apps needed.

It has a good picture but I've only owned it a month and the netflix won't work right and last night all HDMI ports would not work. I'm really bummed because I have to have a tech come out before I can return it. It's brand new.

As usual Samsung has another great product. I bought my first one about 5 years ago and continue to buy only Samsung 5 years later. Any time a friend or family member asks what kind of TV they should get, I suggest Samsung.

WE WANTED A SMALL TV FOR THE BEDROOM AND AFTER LOOKING AT WHAT WAS OUT THERE WE DECIDED ON THIS TV BECAUSE IT HAS THE MOST BANG FOR THE BUCK! IT ALSO HAS BUILT IN WIREESS WHICH HELPS IF YOU ALREADY HAVE WIFI IN YOUR HOUSE....
