I was looking for a smaller smart TV with wireless connectivity and nice picture quality. After reading thru reviews, and with the confidence of owning another Samsung, I decided with this model. The set up was very easy, in the matter of minutes, TV was standing up and connected to internet. The picture quality is impressive, the sound quality is ok which I don't have high expectations from any LED TVs to have a great sound quality. This is my first smart TV, so I don't have a comparison point, but I liked what they are offering, wireless is a great plus, however, connection is slow in my opinion. I used wireless on my laptop as well, however Netflix on my laptop doesn't buffer like it does on this TV. If you can though use a wired connection, the smart TV features are very impressive, and they keep updating it too. The software interface for Smart TV is a bit slow, other than being annoying, it doesn't really impact anything, but I guess I am spoiled and don't like waiting for electronics to react these days (it used be different in 80s but as technology improves exponentially, my expectations follow them:) ) Overall, I am happy with the TV, and recommend it to everyone looking for a good smart TV.

I was very pleased with this tv. The size is good and the sound and picture quality is great for the price. It was easy to setup and use. I love it. Great for my living room.

We were looking to replace 2 TV's that were more than 10 years old. The Sony TV's in this size were not available so we began to look at the Samsung. This is our first Smart TV so we wanted something basic to start out with. My wife setup the first TV with help from father-in-law. We asked Best Buy to setup the other TV as this was connected to the cable box, router and modem. The picture is brilliant. We have updated the apps with minimal interruption to the service. We have watched a few Netflix movies and we had trouble hearing the sound on only 1 movie. We had the volume turned up to the max which is 100. For the other movies we have watched, we had no trouble with the sound level. We would highly recommend this TV. We were very impressed with our salesman at Arrowhead BB Store John Jones. We also bought a corner TV stand from BB and the TV fits nicely on it.

I have had an Insignia 32" LED since early 2010. I was looking for a newer TV, and I wanted a better brand. I bought this on Black Friday, simply because the picture caught my eye, and it was $122 off the original price of $529.99, which is wonderful. It is an amazing TV with wonderful features, and the sound and picture are amazing. It feels like I'm at the movie theater!

TV is used in the bedroom and it is a nice size. The picture is pretty great for this size. Remote has a Netflix button to make it quicker to launch and the wifi hasn't lost the connection while watching a movie. Only downside to the TV are the speakers. Flat panel TVs just don't have great sound when built into them, especially when the speakers are facing the wall. The volume seems to plateau at a certain level. The volume level keeps going up but can hardly hear a difference but a sound bar can fix the issue but since this is for our bedroom, the sound is good enough.

This is my first smart TV and I'm enjoying it. Quite easy to set up the internet connection, the only problem I had, the picture quality was dimming in and out, after speaking with a store rep, I was informed it was because of the energy saving feature and was told it can be disabled. Once this was done, the picture quality was great.

This was our first venture into a smart television, and it was very easy to set-up. There have been no problems regarding connectivity to the internet, and it has been great for streaming Netflix and Pandora. We actually moved up from and old tube television, so we moved out of the Stone Age regarding television technology. My only regret at this point is the fact this model does not allow for a wireless keyboard that I can find on the market. I bought one from Best Buy and I have to return it because it won't connect to this model. If you're looking to use the web browser a great deal, the fact this won't allow for a keyboard might cause you to look at different models. Other than that, I love the television.

I bought this TV as part of Black Friday to use in a second room of the house. Now that it has arrived home and is all set up I am very pleased with the TV. Set up was super easy taking only about 5-10 minutes from box to powered on. It took a little bit longer for all of the smart tv apps to update but wasn't an issue. The only thing I noticed that should be pointed out is that the TV starts to dim on the outer edge of viewing angels faster than higher priced TVs but in normal use it hasn't been an issue. Great TV for the price!

I purchased this as a replacement for a Panasonic plasma which had speakers on the side of the set. I picked this tv due to its wifi and amazon prime app built in which I loved. Unfortunately after using it for a week I just could not take the terrible sound! The problem is that the speakers are in the back and face down. This results in an uneven sound. When I turn it up to hear the dialogue the background noises become way too loud. Turn it down and you can't hear what they are saying. I kept going back and forth with the volume or straining to hear what they were saying. It got so frustrating that I had to return it. I figured I'd post this to save someone else the frustration. I would suggest seeing it in person and listening to it without any other tvs playing before bringing it home.

Have had this for about a month.. This is my second Samsung Smart TV and both have been excellent. I went into store to purchase another brand and was not looking for another Smart TV. The salesman Richard showed me several other TVs and recommended this one which was the same price as the other brand. He also told me to check website and if price went down I would get lower price. Sure enough there was a lower price two weeks later saving me $50.

I honestly didn't realize what I was buying when I purchased this "smart" TV. Having internet access on my TV is an amazing benefit for me mostly because I love watching movies. So between the Amazon app and the Netflix I essentially get to watch whatever I want whenever I want. And with my DVR and OnDemand service I can catch whatever I might what to watch on TV. I compared the picture on a Samsung TV that was LCD and LED and the LED just blew it away! No comparison!! So I got a little smaller TV with a tremendously better picture! I smile every-time I turn it on!

I own the Samsung note 2 phone,and the Samsung galaxy Tab 8.7, so I was ecstatic my movies that I purchased on Samsung media hub transfer to the Samsung Smart TV. I was a sno-bird for a year without cable just wifi on my phone, loved that I could watch everything on Hulu, and Net Flix. I will only buy Samsung products. I am a single lady, and found it was so easy to put together, and set up...thank you Samsung!!!

I really love this television. I bought it a few months ago and have been happy with my purchase since. I really enjoy how easy it was to set up, especially because I am not good with anything technical. The only problem I have is that the television screen adjusts itself in reverse to the light sensitivity. I believe I just have to figure out how to keep it at one type of brightness in the settings, but I haven't figured that part out yet.

I live in a small apartment. I haven't had a TV for a while (old school), since I've been traveling. My brother is really into high-tech gadgets, and he agrees that this TV is well worth the month. Excellent picture and experience at a great price. Definitely some good craftsmanship. Samsung is the flagship tech company of South Korea. You can see the amount of research and development and quality control that went into this baby.

Overall this was a really good purchase. Picked up 2 Open Box units for a great price and I am really happy with the sets. Picture is great but the sound is rather lacking and the biggest downside is only 2 HDMI ports on the TV. If you are running everything through a receiver for switching this isn't a problem but if you using it in an office/bedroom with multiple sources then 2 inputs is just not enough.

Did a lot of research and i'm certain this is the best deal on the market for a 40". Samsung's picture quality is phenomenal - don't let salesmen upsell you on the 120hz for $200+, its not worth it. I stream hockey on my set constantly and never have motion issues. Nice looking TV, easy setup and easy SmartHub navigation. If I needed another TV, I wouldn't think twice about getting this one again.

Great TV, but if you want to use it to browse the internet like you do with your computer, I'd plan on connecting it to your computer and using the keyboard to type in urls, usernames, etc. The remote makes a very poor mouse and an atrocious keyboard for the internet side of things. It's a great TV remote, though.

Great tv. A little tricky at first but once I got to messing with it I figured it out. My girlfriend loves the fitness channel and I'm liking the Netflix and Pandora ones. We are doing away with cable so this is an ideal tv for us since it has so much to offer from the apps store.

My first smart t.v and so far the best t.v. I have ever bought.... good price perfect size for my bedroom .. very easy to use and, set up..... its like having your own computer in your t.v. love the internet and all the apps. . Great job samsung for making such a wounderful t.v. and thank, you best buy for such a great price on this t.v
