samsung makes the best hd tv than any companies. picure quality is so good. If you need an hd tv, get samsung. period.

This TV has a great picture, I will give it that. Everything worked perfectly for about two months and then I came home and the system did an upgrade via my wireless network and that was the last time it connected with WiFi. I wired it to my router to do a firmware upgrade with no results. So no my Smart TV is no longer smart. Two months after that, it started turning off/on all by itself, every 4-1/2 minutes. This is a known issue from all of the internet research I have done. I tried to return it to best buy so I could get a Sony instead and was treated very unprofessionally from one of the managers, or should I say Director of Counter Intelligence. What a joke. I will never buy another product from Best Buy as long as I live!

After buying a 47" LG smart TV and blown away buy the upgrade from my 10 year old tv, wanted to buy another smart TV - smaller in size - for parents room who are visiting and will be staying for a while. The Samsung seemed to get pretty good reviews and the price is very reasonable compare to the same size LG brand. After turning on the Samsung - no matter how we adjusted the settings of the picture, we are very disappointed with the picture clarity, color, quality, especially after experiencing what our LG TV delivered. Also, after turning on the TV with the remote, it is not as easy to navigate as the LG TV remote. The Samsung TV seems to look for and runs auto update of the Apps every time I turn on the TV, which is time consuming and annoying when all you wanted is to get to the place you want. Will have this TV returned.

This TV is advertized to come with a browser. It even seems to have one. The so-called browser even runs, but not for long. In short order, it crashes. It crashes when browsing the internet. All videos crash the browser in about 10 minutes or so. The error message is always "Your last browser session ended due to lack of memory or other unknown reasons." When I chatted or called Samsung about this, each time, the person I communicated with said that they had never heard of this problem. However, I pointed out to them that the Samsung website makes it clear that Samsung is aware of the problem. The most common indication is to start media content and it will play for about 10 - 15 minutes and then the web browser will close unexpectedly." This is exactly what it does. When I asked Samsung to correct the problem, I was told that there is no problem to be corrected since it has a browser, albeit one with limitations. I was told that all products have their limitations, as if it was a normal limitation for a browser to crash after every ten minutes. So while the advertising says that this product has a browser, in practical terms, it does not. This TV has other problems too. The user interface is cumbersome. For example, when upgrading the software, if you aren't present to press "OK" after the software has finished downloading, rather than upgrade the software anyway, the TV will turn off, forcing you to go through the entire process again. I am extremely disappointed with Samsung. However, Best Buy came to the rescue and allowed me to return the set after the normal return period. So my many thanks to them.

Great tv for the money. Access to many websites. Beautiful picture that looks like 3 D. Picture and sound options to maximize what you are watching. Great remote tech support from samsung.

After three months of usage I thought it will be good let others know that this TV is not worth buying. 1. It boast of having full browsing capabilities, but when you try to browse browser crashes after few mins. 2. It don't have default flash player as component so most of the websites and videos cannot be played , i tried to install flash player but it don't allow me to do . 3. When watching movies over youtube , youtube stops working after 45 mins. there are many more like this which I can list out. Coming to TV feature, for some reason TV turns off on its own sometimes, except for this quality of picture and features are good.

This is a great, generally inexpensive set - for a TV today. No problems what-so-ever. Really loove Samsung, they just always work with few troubles.

In general a great TV for the price. The built-in apps and browser are nice to have without needed to add extra hardware to the TV.

My sister's CRT TV died so we hooked her up with this set as a gift. She upgraded her cable service to HD and couldn't be happier.

This Tv is perfect to start with LED TV. I had LCD TV before, but this is very good

it was easy to set up. there was only 8 bolts to put on. this TV is not too heavy.

The interface is a bit of a mess and if you have surround sound, you may have to work with the volume control a bit.

Yes, After just 6 months of use my tv now has a permanent blue line down the left side of the tv. If u dont watch tv much this may hold up. However if u watch tv for hours on end like me it may do this and u will have to end up replacing it. very frusterating
