SMART? Not really
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've always been impressed with Samsung's displays, but this TV was merely adequate, not extraordinary. The internet feature is rediculously cumbersome. If they could ever incorporate voice to text, they'd have something, but the current interface is awful.

Buggy, slow and Netflix doesn't work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a really poor experience. The whole reason I bought a smart TV was to stream Netflix, but the app stopped working after a couple of weeks. Netflix couldn't help, Samsung couldn't help and Best Buy only had a 15-day return policy. I'm not sure what to do now and feel like I can't get any support anywhere. Besides that one specific app, I feel the Smart Hub that runs the smart features is really buggy. It's really slow, it crashes and freezes often. It's like having a bad computer that you constantly have to unplug and re-boot. If you hate hassling with technology - do NOT buy this TV. In short, the technology is obviously not there yet. Stick to a standard TV until the software can catch up to the hardware.

Could not get NBA games or a lot of Internet video
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Your better off getting a regular TV with HDMI inputs and hook your laptop up to it which is what I wanted to NOT do and why I purchased the T.V. Would not allow me access to the live NBA games that I have a subscription for and blocked a lot of video I would otherwise get for free off the laptop hook up. For instance CBS 24 hours or NBC Dateline A lot of cheesy worthless apps and registrations.

Great picture, but there is no "smart" aspect.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is far from a "smart" TV. I have the TV directly connected to high speed internet meant to run sporting events - this TV fails to keep up. Netflix is inconsistent on the TV but works just fine on laptops and iPads - other reviews/comments reflect this same issue. And you can NOT upgrade the adobe flash player, which means you can't watch any shows, e.g. ABC, Major League Soccer. Lastly, to watch Hulu, you have to be a subscriber to Hulu plus. All in all, beyond disappointing. What's the point of having a smart TV if it simply functions like a regular TV?

Stay away from this "smart" tv!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this tv for a week and it simply does not function as a smart tv. Samsung's alleged smart hub either fails to launch entirely or fails to run even the simplest and most common of apps (netflix etc.) on the rare occasions that it does launch. The picture is average and certainly does not make up for the failure of any semblance of the advertised smart tv features. In summary, this product is awful. I will be returning this and never buying a samsung tv again.

Very disappointing product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So much for the vaunted picture quality of a Samsung TV! Suffice to say I'm very disappointed by the lack of clarity and sharpness of this TV, even after trying every adjustment possible. I will be returning this TV!

Good TV, NO camera option
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this Smart TV in part to be able to video chat with out of state relatives. ONLY camera option available for purchase (even on samsungparts.com) is not compatible with the TV. Spent 45 minutes with support to figure that out. If you're considering this TV for video chat, DON'T. You won't be able to get a camera to work, unless you purchase the obsolete model from eBay for over $200.
