We finally upgraded from a 19 inch TV with built in VCR. I am fairly frugal and wanted a bigger TV with quality picture at a great deal. I wasn't considering a SMART TV. We tried out loaner LED flatscreens from friends and got a feel for what we could get for the price. We have been very satisfied with this TV, the picture quality, and especially the sound. We play Pandora through it frequently. Glad we purchased it!

The picture is good on this tv for the price. The tv is outside so a very high end tv was not necessary. The sound is just ok... Somewhat "tinny". But again it is outside and don't really need great sound. If the tv were inside, it would be just fine for a bedroom or bonus room, but would definitely need to be hooked up to a surround sound system. . I had to call tech support to help with the smart tv piece that really never got solved. I kept getting error messages trying to run Netflix that the smart hub software needed updatin but every time I went to update the tv firmware it said I had the most current version. Called tech support, they did some basic level 1 resetting of options and what not, they even remoted into the tv. Ultimately they couldn't help and opened a ticket for someone from level 2. I never received a call. Until the problem is resolved I can't rate the tv any higher.

Love, love, love my new Smart tv. The picture quality is very good and there are no shadows.

I ordered a Geek Squad certified open box Samsung smart TV. I was skeptical of whether it would work or not and one peice was broken on the bottom of the TV but the TV works perfectly! I don't even need cable since I can watch Netfix, Amazon prime, and Hulu plus right on my TV as long as I'm connected to Wifi! It takes about three minutes to start up before you can log into Netflix but after that you can open any app!

We love this TV. The picture is great quality. The Smart options make Netflix binging easy!

You can't ask for a more enjoyable/immersive viewing experience at home. The quality of the picture is as close to the real thing as looking out a window at the real thing. In my opinion, this set provides access to all of the features and options one could wish for in a TV or full home theater. Once you review the video based 'how to's" and "play" a little to get comfortable with the features and functions, you will find your favorites...then sit back and ENJOY, ENJOY, ENJOY!

We are extremely pleased with our new smart tv!! We love being able to watch Netflix and HBOgo with just a quick click of a button. My only complaint is that the colors seem a bit off, we have adjusted the colors and brightness a few times, but it still seems like it's not quite right. Otherwise it's a great TV!!!
