The picture is good and is an upgrade from our previous TV. However as others have said, the SMART features are slow to almost unresponsive. Another feature is that it randomly shuts itself off, especially when attempting to use the already slow SMART features. That said, there should be a better SMART TV out there.

Good picture, easy set-up, better angle viewing than I expected. Voice quality leaves a little to be desired.

I was looking for a good medium sized HDTV for use on my back patio, and this 40" Samsung has been a great find at a good price.

I have my TV wall mounted. It has a great picture along with sound. It's a little thicker than I like but the price was good.

The tv looks great. The picture quality and refresh rate are among the best in this price range. The only con would be the sluggish app boots and response

More TV for the money.Out of the box,plug and play.Extremly light weight easy to handle for anybody with a bad back. Most definitely recommend to everyone.

There's was nothing that I don't like about this tv. It's really easy to use the smart tv features. And it's a great price.

my son uses this Samsung television for playing X-box games. he is very satisfied with the picture quality and the graphics.

This tv fit perfectly into my amoir style entertainment unitt. The picture is amazing with crisp detail and beautiful colors.

We love the picture quality of this TV. Only thing is neither Samsung nor Best Buy sell the camera for Skype which is why we spent extra for the"smart" TV

I have NEVER had a bad buying experience at Best Buy. I already knew what I wanted, and the Sales Rep realized I had done my homework so he didn't try to upsell me on a bigger/pricier item. Also- I was back in there a week or so later looking at other items and, out of curiosity, I checked out the TV section. My TV had been marked down another $80 dollars. I headed straight to Customer Service and not only did they refund the difference, the woman behind the counter was actually HAPPY to do it!

For the price and picture quality, I don't think any other brand comes close. I don't watch TV much but I couldn't pass up on this while in the store.

My smart tv is fun. My family now enjoys hulu, Netflix, you tube etc etc... love it.

If you are looking for a big tv with the basic minimum of wifi/pic quality/etc, you should get this. The pic quality is great but setting up took awhile.
