Product is great. Takes a little longer than hoped for with internet to connect. We use the tv for Netflix and or pandora. Again the sound is fine for a tv. Size is perfect for an office or bedroom.

It arrived earlier then I expected. (thanks) Very good price $330 for the 40" smartt tv. Great looking, nice quality set. Hate the remote, not enough room between buttons...continually have to look at it to know where I am going. Wouldn't mind if it was wider & not so long! Not sure why it takes so long to get from turning the set on to reach 'Netflix' Reminds me of the older tv's where they needed to warm up before one could view.. It is hooked up via Wifi . My internet speed is 3.5. Could be that? Haven't talked to support yet. My mind can handle only a few changes at a time. I think the sound quality is quite good, just right for me. Although some programs it is hard to hear and turning it up to hear the words means the sound just blares loudly when music comes on. Wish they (companies) would start putting back in the package fully printed manuals! I feel rushed when talking to support, they go way too fast for me to comprehend what they are saying and want me to do. I did not recommend for friend but that was because of some of the issues I am personally having, which may or may not be what I have or have not done.

We purchased this TV for a 4 year old's bedroom. Most of what is being watched are cartoons. The 60hz refresh rate is not noticeable. The colors are a bit washed out and the blacks are poor, but for what it is used for and the cost, it works.

We bought as open box with no stand or remote. Unpacking it the outer part (plastic) had been broken. I never noticed when we bought it but when they packaged it they wrapped in bubble wrap and could have been too tight. We kept it because it was open box and didn't want to haste with un-mounting.

This was super easy to set up and I absolutely love that I can stream netflix and very easily. Everything was easy to set up and it has a great sound and picture.

This TV had an awesome picture but with Samsung I didn't expect any less. The TV was really easy to set-up and the the prompts on the TV were easy to follow-up.

Great picture, and my first smart tv! Love it! The only thing I don't like is the auto darkening in low light. Sure it is just a setting I haven't changed yet.

Easy to set up and great picture, fits perfect in a bedroom and picture quality is perfect for that size room. Remote and set up of all the features was easy.

My only complaint is that the PIP (Picture In Picture) function only allows a small secondary window using the antenna input while the main screen is an HDMI source. I have had other TV's in the past that had much more PIP capability

In my opinion this tv be one of the best out there. For its cheap price you get 1080p and smart. Has all the apps you need and has a crispy image. Just a few issues mirroring from my laptop

I bought this tv online on black Friday. I picked it up in store the next day. It has a really good picture and works great for watching Netflix and Amazon.

I bought this TV to replace one that had stopped working, and was looking for a basic, inexpensive model. Best Buy's price was the best I found. Shipping was free, and quite fast, with the TV arriving in perfect condition. I thought I might have to have a local technician set it up since I had never done it before myself, but the directions were concise, and I had no difficulty in hooking it up to my cable box. I have not connected it to my computer yet, so I can't speak about all of its smart features, but the picture is great, and much better than I expected for the price.

Love the color quality. Love the ease of use. Directions well written. I do not like the method by which you enter info for Web searches. Very annoying. I would not buy this smart tv again because of this. Also you do not have the ability to download Adobe flash for You Tube, for websites on Web that require to listen to content. Apparently this is a Samsung universal issue with Samsung Smart tvs. Would not purchase this TV again because of this.

many options, very versatile meets all of out needs. great buy. Lives up to the Samsung Name. My past experience with Samsung has always been the best. Samsung delivers quality and price in one package as always as well as quality and dependability.

I got this TV open box, and it didn't have the correct power cord: first strike. Picture quality is good, and there are lots of settings to play with, which is convenient for switching between movies and gaming. However, the SmartHub has some serious issues. It takes almost a minute to get ready to open applications, and I've had to remotely troubleshoot the device several times with Samsung because of freezing and/or refusing to open pre-installed apps. The remote is also non-responsive quite a bit of the time, which I wouldn't expect in a TV in this class. If it weren't so far and annoying to drive to the store, I would have returned it.

It has tons of apps on board like Pandora and netflix... I even played a race car game using my tv controller! Clarity is great, price is even greater

I bought this TV as a replacement for my 20 year old big screen when it went Kaput. Great picture, easy to use Smart TV hub, and remote. Very nice TV.

The display quality, colors and visual functions are superb. However the wi-fi capability is pathetic. Has trouble getting on to Netflix. Several attempts are required - preparing to connect to Netflix and server not responding messages. But ultimately hooks up. Also the setup - the HMI - for setting up passwords etc is really horrendous. Bit disappointed by standards - but good value for money anyhow.

I needed a TV for my bedroom. I wasn't considering any other brands as I knew I wanted a Samsung. After comparing prices, sizes and features, I went with the 40" LED SmartTV. I am 100% satisfied with the product and the price I paid for it.

Can not recieve lots of sites and channels as shown on box. Very short on news and public interest programs. Called Samsung, they said too bad. I replied "too bad I brought set".
