Purchased this TV over Labor Day. For a TV on sale, it performs on the same level as other TV's in the house. The Smart TV capabilities work fine, however the interface for obtaining apps seems a bit clunky and confusing (it took three attempts to download one app because it never seemed to want to install it). However, the picture is great, the guide interface is a bit better than the one that comes with my cable, and the size is just right.

First time ordering online. The whole process was a breeze. I saved a ton of time, was updated throughout, and the product fit my needs and budget.

Great tv for the price. It was a great price and does a great job.

The remote control is really slow, and it's not the battery. I'm a Samsung fan, but they need to improve the quality of the remote control.

The tv is great. It was an easy set up. I purchased the wall mount, so we hung the tv on the wall with no problems. The remote was easy to put on and love the clear picture. This tv was recommended to me, and I would recomend this tv to someone else.

If I had really wanted the smart functions, I would have paid more for a better one, as this is very slow. It picked up wifi easily, and is just what I wanted, I went from a 20 inch!

I bought this tv 4 years ago. Its working fine I like it very much . I can watch anything that I see on my phone I m getting another one. I really recommend this tv to anyone who is thinking of buying a smart tv and best buy has a variety of smart tv's you don't have to wait until black Friday they have good deals year round

Overall nice picture quality is good. Wish there were more inputs. Smart TV is great for Netflix and other popular streaming services....

The screen quality is clear, I watch a lot of sport games and the refreshing rate is pretty good. The Best Buy free shipping made for quick delivery.

This was given as a gift, but they seem very happy with it. If my father-in-law can hook it up, it couldn't have been too difficult on the tech side.

This is one of the best TVs I have in my house , I normally use my xbox one for the apps but now I have a tv that does the same thing....so cool!

No Remote, but otherwise it is great! The TV guys were very helpful!

My son in law set up the television and all the other components and everything worked perfectly. The color is great! This was a good investment.

This is a great TV. I am using it for the kids game room. I wish there was one more HDMI input but i purchased a HDMI splitter and it works fine.

Bought this for out camper. Works great. Whish it had the side ports so it is easier to use space saving brackets. Love the ablity to play DIVX movies from a hard drive.

Comes with more, there were afew features i didn't even know it came with the technology is really ahead with not only the smart board but the screen mirroring features that lets you mirror your android to the screen with simple pairing. Iv only had for amonth so don't really know how reliable it could be but seems really good especially for the price so far anyways

Not only was it a good product for a great price but the customer service was perfect. Unlike your competitor hhgreg who provide terrible CS.
