Bought this tv like 3 months ago had no problems easy to set up only thing is it only has 2 HDMI ports not enough

Samsung is the best brand tv I ever brought!! Also best buy will always make the customer happy or help u the best way they can..

This is our first LCD TV and of course our first smart TV. I'm still not sure how to use all the "smart" features but I'm sure I'll learn a little at a time.

Bought the TV and in love. This was my first big flat screen television and I love the settings on it. Great TV for the price.

Ok so for the price I guess you could say this is a pretty good tv. However, its not like you buy a tv everyday so when you do it should be great. When i got this tv, instantly i noticed that the colors didnt seem to pop like i expected, and the sound was terrible. However, its when i started to use the smart functionalities that I was really disappointed, I mean the menu is so slow and apps take ages to open. It feels so outdated. And for anyone thinking that all smart tvs are slow, that is not the case. I returned this and bought a Sony Bravia, which, granted was a 100 dollars more, but like i said before I wont be buying a tv every year and that satisfies every one of my concerns that I had with this tv. So if you are on a very strict budget then by all means this is a good tv, however, if you can spend a bit more, I would recommend you do.

The picture is clear, excellent size for medium size room.

I bought this TV as an open box and it was practically brand new. It's great for streaming. I'll be buying another Samsung whenever I upgrade in size.

My experience in dealing with Best Buy staff was excellent. Great product. I have it in my garage and it works perfectly.

I got the TV during the Thanks Giving day and I got the TV in a very good price. The first one they delivered was found to be cracked. But when I called up the customer service they got it replaced. It took almost 10 more days. The TV works really great and I am enjoying watching on it. Inbuilt apps are really awesome and thus I didn't have a necessity for a cable connection.

Great TV. Price was perfect. Customer service was fantastic at the store. The only downside was sound isnt great but I think thats for all TVs today.
