    The tv is really slow. When first turned on it takes two minutes to activate the smart hub to get on Netflix, YouTube, etc. I haven't had this tv a month and the volume goes in and out. I've reset it multiple times and it seems to help but messes up after a few hours of watching. I wish I could return it but I threw the box away and now I'm out of 300 bucks.

    I was very happy with this 40" Samsung TV until the last week when it developed a serious problem with pixelation. I am Planning to call Best Buy tomorrow to see what to do about it because the TV is less than one year old. I've had a larger Samsung TV (44") for over 10 years and have never experienced this problem on that TV, so I don't know if it's a problem with this particular model or if it's just this individual TV.

    Noticed when I took this tv out of the box it was half as heavy as the tv I was replacing so I was at first wondering if the quality was as good. Easy to set up. The picture on the screen seems very distant compared to the tv (LG) that I was replacing. Letters and numbers are hard to read even though thiis screen was 4" wider than the LG. Picture does not seem to be as clear and readable. I would have bought something different.

    Great tv can't download many apps and if you have TWC you can download the app and not have to rent a box need to have internet connection
