    I love this tv mostly bc it's Samsung but I have had issues. First the sound goes out when I use the smart feature. & it's weird bc it doesn't do that when I watch reg tv. I have yet to speak with someone to figure out the problem but other than that good tv.

    Comparatively, this Samsung tv works as an average tv to the Sony tv I bought a month earlier. It takes a lot longer for it to load so I have to wait on it for a few minutes before I can access the apps I subscribe to. Otherwise it works fine.

    Volume is on 23 in a 9'x13' room-sound still way too low. Discouraging because a similar Samsung model we have, volume on 12 blows you out of a MUCH larger room. Samsung needs to address the sound volume issue on this model to make it a 5 star item.

    Purchased TV on 9/10/16. TV had nice picture, sound quality was not great, but I was still happy with it. It died in 6 weeks. Kept blacking out to strictly audio and then just died. I have never had a TV die I less than 2 months. Attempted to get it fixed thru Samsung customer svc under the year warranty. After a few weeks of aggravation an no resolution, I took it to Geek Squad who stated the whole backboard had went out and they would get it fixed under warranty. Thank God for Geek Squad. I have now been without my TV for over a month. I am done with Samsung!!!

    I expected the smart portion of the tv to be more accessible to get to. I purchased it for my mom and she doesn't know her way around computers so having to go yhrubmany steps to access the smart portion makes her not want to use it

    Year and 4 months HDMI blew out

    I have been very happy with this tv for 1yr and 4 months. LOVED the PIP (picture in picture) feature, but alas, the two HDMI’s blew out and no longer work. Seems everything these days is not made to last.

    After hours on the phone with Samsung trying to get the SmartHub to work, ended up returning the TV and bought a different model. BestBuy provided a full refund. TV is great if you do not plan on using the SmartHub.

    Picture is good from directly in front of television set. Move to the side or walk away and look back and color fades and picture blurs, not sharp. I now know that this is a common complaint for Samsung televisions and that Samsung is now working on technology to correct but new sets will cost $2,000.00. I was not advised of this at the store and feel I should have been warned. I would have bought something else. Nothing was explained. Young man who waited on me obviously did not want to do so. I am not satisfied with service in the store. Probably will not buy from Best Buy again.

    It works. Would rather use an Apple TV or the like for the "smart" functionality. This takes a good 2 - 3 minutes after you turn it on for the SmartHub functions to be active. Otherwise, its perfectly fine.

    My daughter bought this tv for her room. She needed the wifi access and smart tv components. The price was excellent.

    Tv has good picture and sound, but when turned on each time it makes you wait about a minute before you can finally tune to the channel or source you desire.

    When going to Smart TV and when it tries to use the network connection. It doesn't always go into that mode right away. I have to get out and go back into the Smart TV selection sometime 2 to 3 times.

    I absolutely love this TV but unfortunately I have to take it in since it's not staying on. Minor problem ;) I have to select power several times, wait then eventually it stays on.

    I bought this tv because I thought it would be one of the best. Sadly it has a few issues. After turning it on I have to wait about a couple of minutes before I can access the smart hub to get to my apps. It says preparing tv. Although it's not a big deal, it can sometimes feel like forever. Also, it does not appear to have the xfinity stream app available in it's apps, which is disappointing if like me you want to watch from your xfinity account.

    I love the smart tv features and the resolution of the TV is amazing! Only draw back speakers seem to not work properly. I have to put it up to 75 just for normal listening.

    The SMART TV options get the thumbs up from my 12-year old; however, of the +/- 4 picture quality options for viewing, none produce a really clear vibrant picture.

    One of the downfalls to this TV is when using the Netflix App the sound will go in and out. You then have to switch the audio type and it is annoying.
