Great service! Good picture, easy set up and works great with my apple tv.

TV is good, but facing problems with youtube app videos plays for couple of minutes and pops-up with error message Need to improved the app support

good though overtime the tv would turn off on its own. samsung issue even with updates

I have enjoyed it but sometimes seems a little grainy for a high def pic.

The unit image is sharp. Only able to do screen mirroring to Nexus Tablet, but not Iphone. Took a bit longer to connect to WIFI during turn on.

TV is average inscreen viewing. Works great. Satisfied with purchase, would prefer bigger screen, but for the size it works great.

Just wish it was a plasma tv, instead of led! Can't understand why they went away with the plasma tv. Get much better picture with plasma.

Sound quality is like listening through a tin can. Picture is ok I guess. Overall just ok. Wouldn't buy This model again.

Very unhappy! This is a very cheap. Version that was suppose to replace my 7 yr old Samsung. Can't even get "smart" functions to work.

Bought in Texas and took tv to Mexico. Set it up and would not stay on. Took it to Best Buy in Guadalajara within the first 10 days of purchase. Mexico Best Buy told us since it was bought in US it would have to be returned in US. Was able to call US store and Edward store manager told me to bring it back upon my return and they would take care of problem. Just returned to US tonight and will see how it goes b

Tried several times and configurations before finally getting TV to work. Still cannot get connected to surround sound.

If you are sitting in front your picture quality brightness is terrible. I am feel like taken it back and get a different tv

My smart tv is the best purchase I have made in a long time. I can do things with my tv that can't be done with a regular tv.

Returned the first one and the exchange was very easy, the second one works fine. First one shut itself off randomly.

Got this for a family;y member, Only complaint they have is that it is not bright enough when they watch in low light.

The TV is great. Not so much the Smart functions. Wish I had gone with the Roku operating system.

This is a wonderful TV. Was easy to set up step by step set up. Easy to use and smart feature is great.. Good sound and fantastic picture. Samsung is the best can't go wrong them. I would recommends this model to a friend. I have a Samsung in my bedroom had another brand TV in my living room and was not happy with it so I sold it and bought this 40 inch TV. I am happy I made the choice of buying this TV. I would do this again

I have purchased Samsung Tvs in the past but the sound on this one is not that great! Other than that good purchase.

It works, and looks ok, but the smart TV feature is really slow. Other than that it's worked well for over a year.
