    This tv constantly will drop the audio while streaming from Netflix, YouTube, Amazon....etc. it's very frustrating

    Does not come with the bolts to mount on a non Samsung wall mount. We had to go to Home Depot to purchase.

    Connectioning to spectrum is incredibly slow.. on average it takes 8 to 10mins to connect.

    I purchased this tv after the Best Buy salesman recommended it based on the size I needed and the features I wanted. Had no problems hooking it up, but as soon as I tried to download apps the "content was unavailable" and the "Samsug Hub updating". I thought...ok maybe since this was the first time it had been turned on it needed to update but I should be good to go in a few minutes. 24 hours later I was finally able to download and use Netflix and Hulu. HOWEVER, after watching for less than an hour the sound started going in and out. Needless to say I took the tv back to Best Buy less than 48 hours after purchase. I exchanged it for an LG and had it up and running in 5 minutes.

    The black friday price for this TV was a steal. Overall picture quality is great and the smart portion of the TV is intuitive and easy to set up the way you like. The TV looks high end (not picture quality) if you're one of those people who doesn't want to look cheap. It is also really light so if you move a lot this is easy to do.
