It is a little too slow to show up the smart option

I would recommend this product to any one. Samsung smart tv is at a great price

Can not get Netflix to play correctly with the sound going out every 15 seconds. I use a smart TV purely for the netflix/hulu/youtube style options, and this sound issue is causing me to return this to the store within 24hrs of purchasing it.

I purchase this tv thinking hat it would be ok for the garage but after a few days of use I decided to take it back the apps don't work good and I am always waiting to see if I press the button correctly cause the apps take to long to start.

The set up was kinda complicated for one. I have set up other TV and it was much more turn key and seamless.. then it would not connect to my wifi and I have very good wifi. I ended up purchasing another tv for less and better experience

I had to purchase a universal remote to be able to only have 1 remote. This TV came with a remote but it only handled part of the functions. I had to also use the cable remote.

The TV had a piece of plastic stuck in the frame of the screen. The base was flimsy and the screws provided didn't go all the way. It was poor quality. I'm disappointed in Samsung since I have most of their products.

I bought this tv for my 4 year old for his birthday I hooked it up the clarity was great for the price but my child constantly comes to get me because the sound cuts out on YouTube which was really why I got him the smart tv in the first place if the video is over 8 minutes expect for it to freeze cut out and etc. I wish I would've known that the TV takes forever to start up and grant you that it's not my 4k Samsung tv but it shouldn't have this many problems I feel like I wasted my money don't waste yours I could've got him a 50 inch that was there for the same price that probably would've had less issues

Purchased this tv to replace my previous 32" Samsung. The jump from 720 to 1080 made a big difference will watching sports. Easy to setup. Smart hub software work correctly. Very pleased with this purchase at the $320 price point.

This tv had everything I wanted but after about 10 minutes of play the volume would go out. I tried everything online but nothing worked. I had to return it.

the sound drops off when watching shows on Netflix, HBO GO or Amazon Video. Tried troubleshooting with the Samsung helpline but it is of no help. Should have gone with the ROKU instead of a Smart TV

For the price this TV is great! It starts up fast and the picture quality is really high. I use this with my xbox one and it works perfectly. It is easy to mount and is light weight. I think anybody would like this TV.

Very disappointed with the Samsung picture all of my other TVs are Samsung and love them but this model I do not like it all hopefully I can get my money back because I took out the warranty

had to return because of sound problems with smart tv part.purchased a non smart tv and got a fire tv stick to go with it. stick working fine with no problems

First, I already own one of these sets...and it works perfectly. However, this second set was inoperative out of the box. The TV worked, the HDMI ports worked...but the 'component' jacks did not work. You could not hook-up a device (Wii, other platform) using the component jacks. I double-checked the cables and devices on another TV and all worked well. This new TV didn't work. Obviously a quality control issue with this particular manufacturing batch/run.

We thought that this TV would be good for our bedroom. Wrong! Cheap construction, poor audio, very mediocre video. We will be returning it.

Had purchased a 55" Vizio 5 years ago. We thought the Samsung would at least be equal quality. It's not. Picture clarity is not impressive.

I have a smarttv that works great. This model takes forever to load the smart hub. The more expensive models are fantastic. Not this one.

Non-embedded audio on tv diminishes quality & reputation. I don't like the extra "baggage of speakers add-ons" it's an extra expense!
