    Great tv and everything but I had poor device due to the fact that there was not a remote in my purchase and it never got resolved

    It would be nice if it didn't go completely black for minutes at a time multiple times a night. 2nd one that's done it.

    It takes this TV full 5-7 minutes to get ready to show its smartness after you turn it on. To launch netflix or any of the apps, I have to wait 5 minutes after powering on the TV. I eventually had to cave in to buying a chromecast.

    I bought this TV last month. Yesterday I found two big dark spots on the screen. Today I called the Samsung customer service, they said i have to carry this TV to some service center more than one hour's drive from where I live even though it is still under warranty, because this TV is less than 55'. Poor quality and service by Samsung, will not buy any Samsung TV in the future.

    Bought this tv during Black Friday sale. Actually had it bought to my home and the Geeks mounted Dec 27. It is now in the shop. It lost the picture and the Geeks had to come back to take it off the wall. I actually had to take it back to the store myself. It has been gone 2 weeks now and I was told the parts are not there still. Wish they would just replace this tv.

    Picture and sound continually go out. No support from Samsung other than the typical “is the unit plugged in?” question... Nevertheless, never again. This is the second tv to do this. I updated the software and it worked for 10 minutes. Picture went out but the sound came back. Garbage!!!!

    As long time Best Buy customers, we expected the Samsung TVs to be reliable. We bought one, took it home, and after an hour it began to malfunction. We took it back to get another. After an hour of operation, it too malfunctioned. The third time in the store, we walked out with another brand. It is working well.

    i bought this tv from best buy store and with in 20 days its started power off automatically. Now it is not even turning on. I was unlucky that i crossed the 15 days best buy return policy otherwise i would have returned it but now i am suffering with this brand new tv to get it fixed. Very disappointed.

    Bought a 32" unbeknownst to me the Netflix app didn't work. Found out the hard way that these tvs cannot play back audio on Netflix. Samsung knows this. They cannot fix the problem and keep pumping out these tvs. Look elsewhere if you wanna watch apps

    Bought online, store pickup, as Black Friday special. Got it home and set up and was very disappointed with the picture quality. I have another Samsung which I love and has a fantastic picture but this one did not. Returned and got an LG.

    I purchased a Vizio , when I got it home it did not work . Called vizio for help and was told I would need a smart phone to operate. Why didn't the salesman tell me this. Had to pack tv for return. Very DISAPPOINTING!!!!

    Well I have has this tv just over 3 years now. Today it died. Won't turn on no red indicator light. My guess a bad power supply. This will be my last Samsung tv. Done with them forever. Moving on to sony.

    Bought this online and picked up at the store. Super easy pick up. Got the tv home and hooked up and the picture was not good at all! Returned and got an LG. Rather surprised as we have another Samsung that's great.

    I brought this TV as a gift to my husband for Christmas. He love, love, love it! He watched NBA basketball on it Christmas day, and have watched all of the College Football bowl games! He really love the size, picture, and the smart effect that allows him to listen to music via YouTube! I would definitely recommend others to buy as a gift to their loved ones!

    It's an okay tv. I understand where the complaints come from as far as the smart apps. Yes, when you turn the tv on it does take about a minute or two to warm up before it allows you to use the smart tv option. It doesn't really bother me because once it starts working, I dont have any issues and movies stream perfectly. I give it a 4 because of the wait. I have an LG tv in another room and I dont have to wait to use the smart tv apps and they work as soon as I turn the tv on. The picture is clear and everything else is fine.
