I bought the Samsung smart tv because I read the reviews on how good the picture is, I agree 100%. I also am a long time samsung phone owner and my phone synch to the tv with one button. This tv also has a Web browser that allows you to access the Internet without any hassle. The best feature, though, is the one touch screen mirroring. I am able to actively view what is on my phone with 0 difficulty. I now just screen mirror my phone and have a 40" display.

My son has this for his gaming and television in his room. Picture is great and the smart tv aspect works really well.

I got this TV with the Xbox ONE bundle, which was an amazing deal. The TV is sharp, sound is good, but the lack of compatibility with HBOGO is disappointing. I have chromecast and the xbox obviously but being able to access the app through a tv is a nice perk. Remote does not have sleep timer function as a button and you have to go through the menu to set it, which is also not as nice. Overall, it is a solid TV for the price especially in the bundle.

I bought this TV figuring its a great bang for the buck. Super light with beautiful picture. But that's where the good ends. I primarily bought it for my bedroom because of the smart functionality, especially for accessing Netflix. I was quick to find out its a buffering party that never ends. Better grab your favorite book or some milk and cookies because you're gonna be there for a while. Once I exited Netflix I couldn't even access my settings menu, it became extra laggy and unresponsive. So heres the deal, this TV needs Apple TV or something of the sort to be whole. Otherwise, just use it as a regular tv with no smart functionality. Its a shame because it really is a beautiful piece for the price. Returned

Samsung never disappoints with in the tv product line. This tv is very aestetically pleasing, functional, and picture quality is just downright beautiful. If you are on the fence about this TV it is worth it!

Did the normal procedure many customers do in order to get the best TV researching each Tv's qualities and guest reviews. This TV was the winner and so far I am very satisfied with my purchase. Perfect size for a room, very lightweight and thin! The picture quality is amazing, auto adjusts itself to the rooms lighting so it won't be to bright when you turn the lights off in your room, great internet roaming(just have great patience since you want to look up things you have to go letter by letter to type it in), mirroring option easily accessible to you phone or tablet, etc. Samsung never seems to disappoint.

It fit the space perfectly. Great overall size, nice sleek look. Good picture quality. Easy to set up and use the smart features. Remote is easy to use and I like that it lights up when you pick it up.

Bought this TV recently, so far so good. The TV is very good for online streaming and the picture quality is the best.

It's amazing what you can get now for cheap compared to what you had to pay back in the early days of pc hardware. Paid 2800$ for an 30inch apple monitor back in 2004. This is 10 inches bigger with a bit less resolution for 2500$ less. Works awesome as a pc monitor. I play overwatch and internet my eyes off. Just remember to set the input to dvi pc if using a dvi to hdmi cable or set the input to pc if a hdmi only cable is being used. You will get much better text sharpness in windows. Then there is the RGB issue you need to change with either nvidia or amd graphics cards. You have to look that up on your own. Well worth the money. Thanks Best Buy and Samsung.

Great picture, love the smart features but...... Make sure you buy the warranty! Bought two of these Samsung 40inch led smart TV's and both went to black screen with sound only. Lasted just a little over a year, and both needed led drivers replaced! Best buy charges 100 bucks just to look at them, and repair is extra! Bought them at Christmas time for $349 each, and the cost to repair them was over $200 each. You decide if it is worth it.

Got this on sale during black friday. There were a few 40" samsungs on sale.None of the salespeople could explain the difference between them. I think this one was alittle more ($320) than the others bc it also has wireless built in. Anyway the picture looking head on is pretty good. Sound is decent for tv speakers. Problems are:viewing at even a 45 deg angle the picture gets noticeably washed out. Even setting at the quick start up mode it takes alittle while to boot up. I have mine connected to LAN and when trying to sync it with my Samsung account I created online it doesnt want to sync. Does not have many apps and is hard to find where to download more. And the Samsung support site pretty much sucks.All in all I think most people would be happier spending alitttle more on a better brand.

I bought one to replace an old TV and when I saw how nice the Smart TV features are I bought two more. The picture is bright, the sound is very acceptable, and my wife likes them. (When mama is happy I am happy). I can strongly recommend these TVs.

We are very happy with this 40 inch Smart TV. It has an excellent picture, good sound, easy to set up and control. It is our first Smart TV, so we're still learning the available features. We have a fast internet connection, which is probably best. Connecting to our Amazon Prime account was easy. The 40 inch screen is perfect for our main room (in condo); in store, the 40 inch appeared to have better colors than a nearby 48 inch anyway. You will need to purchase HDMI cable to connect TV to a cable box.

Great smart TV for a great price. When this TV was included with the Xbox one deal I was skeptical but was happily surprised to see a modern smart TV working so smoothly.

Purchased the tv on Thanksgiving for a bedroom in our house. This is our 4th Samsung TV and 2nd Samsung Smart TV. Setup was quick and simple. After entering wifi password Smarthub loaded instantly and connection to Netflix was fastest ever with no problems. Picture quality is outstanding and sound is better than older model TV's. For a bedroom really no need to add any external sound device like a soundbar etc... In my opinion the best 40 inch TV on the market at a price point of $250

We bought this TV for a bedroom. Easy set up, great picture. I love the new small remote control, as we don't have a cable and watch Netflix, Youtube, Hulu . It is easy to navigate and very small.

Excellent TV, Easy Set Up! I bought this TV because I wanted to use it to watch movies off of my galaxy S6, after a little playing around I finally got it to mirror my phone..... My only complaint is not with the TV, but that the Sells Reps at Best Buy where not well informed on Samsung BLE. None could tell me if this wold work off line or if it would use my Bandwidth to mirror!

The price was great. The quality of the screen is perfect for my size living room. Setting up the tv was very easy. Setting it up to be a smart tv was also easy. Glad I bought it.
