just had to return a 50 inch junk TV (insignia?) because the pic was so bad and got this one. It blew me away. The pic is great and the sound. WOW the sound is great. I have only had it one day but I love it. I just don't like the timer on the remote. Got to go through a lot to turn it on (menu/select/pick time/return) too much. the set up was fast and so easy! dint even had to program it. just turned it on and go!

It has the greatest color aqround this price and the smart tv is good

I bought this tv with the X-box one during the week long deal, and it's a high quality TV, not one that you would expect for so cheap with a new game system

this tv is very good only i have a problem with the control when i use you tube the volume no work

Had it for three months then the problems started. The tv screen would go black randomly and to a weird scene that would keep replaying till you shut tv off. Had cable guy here three times and he couldn't find anything wrong so it is a tv glitch or I read maybe a virus. Yes smart tvs can get viruses. Truly disappointed Samsung support is useless. Going to get new non smart non Samsung tv now. It does have good picture quality of you want to gamble with the major cons that can happen.

I read the reviews before I purchased this tv so I had an idea that it would be a good purchase. The picture is great on this tv and I really was shocked for the price. I will say the only down side is that the volume on the tv doesn't go up high enough. When things get loud and I want to turn up past 20 the sound doesn't change. I will just purchase a sound bar and subwoofer to get it louder.

I bought this in a bundle with an XBox one. Overall it seems like a good TV with the Smart features. The sound however has started going out. At least it's still under warranty.

I buy this tv for my room, tv have a perfect size for a room and the cuality of the product is perfect i highly recommend this product

Awesome TV, color is amazing. Sound is could be better but due to the TV being slim they make the speakers smaller. Sheldon assisted us with the purchase, answered all our questions, and what he wasn't sure about he did go ask someone else rather than just saying "I don't know". We will be coming back to purchase another TV from Best Buy and it will be a Samsung.

The stand the tv sits on feels cheap and flimsy, but overall, the tv has excellent picture and is very user friendly!

This TV was on sale and I have never been happier with the products features for the price I paid. Out of the box I had to do I few setting changes to get the right color and brightness that I like, but it was worth learning the extra features it has to also get better sound out the small speakers included.

Purchased this tv for my son on his way to college. This is my 3rd Samsung smart LED TV and they never disappoint. Brilliant color, great apps, everything you could plus what a steal at $319. You won't be disappointed by this or any other Samsung tv!

I stick with with Samsung when it comes to tv's and I made the right choice my only problem would be its volume. The speaker points down in the back which sucks only one way to fix that raise the volume great purchase . The smart tv option is the only way to go and this tv nails it
