I purchased this TV on sale. I didn't expect that it would be this awesome! Picture quality is great! Quality build, quality product!

Purchased this Highly-Rated Samsung this year. Within 1st month had tech out to replace main board, saying this model (and others) have issues. 5 months later we continue to experience issues in spite of multiple calls to Samsung tech support and many updates. Can't get this smart tv to turn on without 15+ tries each time. About to toss this not-so-smart thing out of the window!

TV is great! It is exactly as advertised. I used a ROKU which I think is a better investment than most smart TV options.

This my my first time in life purchasing a tv and I must say I'm highly satisfied not only is it a great tv the purchasing process was so smooth I chose the pick up in store option which was stated on my confirmation it would be ready the next day it literally was ready that day 2 hours after my purchase process it's easy to comply & it was also Thanksgiving day and the store was packed but I was in and out amazing customer service look forward to purchasing in the future!

Fast setup and picture looks really great, looks a lot smaller though thought it would look a bit bigger but its okay

40" TV is a good choice for a bedroom. The TV has a clear picture with good color. Would highly recommend.

Bought this Samsung smart TV during black Friday as second choice since what we wanted was sold out. After easy set up (hence the one star) it went downhill after. Smart hub always freezes, Netflix constantly says loading & Hulu freezes & grays out. When exiting smart hub it freezes channels & have to hold down power button to turn it off. Tried resetting several times & same problems w/smart hub. The channel list never has the program information. The remote buttons are crowded & not user friendly. I will be returning this TV since it's useless w/out smart hub. Going back to a regular TV & just buying a roku. I don't recommend this "smart TV"

THIS TV IS AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER THAN THE 4K MODELS. SO WHY PAY MORE.
