I recently just got my first apartment and was shopping for my first TV. After reading many reviews, I finally settled down on this TV, and I am so glad I did. It definitely met all my expectations.

I got this TV for the price. I wanted the biggest, cheapest TV I could find and so far I have really liked it. It's not a smart TV but I have Roku and AppleTV and don't need tot be. I like it.

I am satisfied with my purchase. The only thing (which I have seen in some other TVs as well) is when you plug usb and play videos from usb, sometims the quality of sound is not that good.

Tv looks alright, but it is so slow! Bought cause it was cheap and descent size, but it is so unresponsive and slow. When you press any button there is a ten second lag. Plan on returning and getting a better a Vizio or Sony.]

I purchased this TV and was disappointed. Image quality is good looking straight on, but when viewing from the slightest of side angles, the image became super white and over exposed. And yes, I've made every color adjustment possible. I suppose it's a limitation of the technology used in the screen. Higher end Samsung tvs look amazing, but this entry level TV was disappointing. I returned it and paid up for another with an IPS screen.

This TV is thin, lightweight, and has great screen quality. I stay with the Samsung brand and am very pleased.

Bought this TV Saturday 12/05/15, EZ set up, but the picture had a washed out look to everything. Tried adjusting the picture through the settings. The wife got mad and told me to take it back. So I did like a good husband. The rep. said that was typical for a Samsung TV. So I bought a Sony 40" Bravia Smart TV and the picture is beautiful, EZ set up. Wife very happy. Mama not happy no anyone happy. Thanks Rep. @ best Buy!!!

Live the tv as it went into our bedroom. Looks amazing and the blacks really are close to a true black

I have a 55" samsung for my living room and bought this 40" for my bedroom. Its well worth the money

This TV has great display, easy to install and love the ability to connect to Wi-Fi.

I purchased this item on Black Friday 2015. We've used the TV for several months. It still works well; however, the picture quality could be improved, particularly on the lower channels. We have a plasma TV, that's approximately 8 years old, with better picture quality. Despite configuring and working with the existing cable, the quality remains subpar.

for a daily watcher its fine, my main qualm is the picture. no matter how I work any of the settings I cant get the colors to look good. if you make it more one way, the reds look purple and more the other way they are dull and grayish. switching modes doesn't seem to help either. so it looks fine for a workhorse tv. good price for what you get.

Got this tv for a friend and i havent heard any complaints

Got a great price for a smart tv that the kids enjoy in there room.

Got it hanging on my office wall, using wifi to stream videos.

Samsung products are always reliable and service is great.

Got for my wife, she loves it, its like watching it live.
