Should have listened to the bad reviews
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought 2 weeks ago, since day one there was problem with the sound in the apps (Netflix, amazon and youtube) i adjusted the sound settings, and also spent 35 minutes with samsung tech support this past saturday. Nope, still does not work. I have to now take it down from the wall, box it and return it. Really disappointed.

No Smarthub

Best Buy You need to shape up. that should have been labeled good, but whoever did that must of had beer googles
