A dumb TV.

My 91 year old Mother used a remote speaker system and her old one was dying. Now we find out that you cannot 'lock in' the Bluetooth settings in the TV but have to go through the whole set up to connect the remote Bluetooth speaker. Samsung is no help! DUMB!!

great color and sound

I had it for about 6 years. thought it was great I purchased the Samsung 42" smart high defi sud. This tv is fantastic. The color and clarity is so much better than the Sony. I should have done this sooner.

tv broke after 8 months

Unfortunately it stopped coming on after being used for <2 years. It's my bedroom tv and we rarely use it. Very disappointing.

LAST Samsung ever!!!

Six weeks after my one year warranty expired the television quit working. It started taking over 20 minutes to get the television to turn on and when it finally would there was no sound. I researched the issue online and found out it is a very common problem with Samsung TV's. Just this week I had to buy a brand new television. I definitely did not go with Samsung this time and never will again. Don't waste your money until Samsung fixes this widely known issue. This was my first and last Samsung ever!!!

jumpy images on the tv

Great TV, easy to use

The worst tv ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The one and only issue I have with this tv is that no matter what input you last used, it will automatically turn that device on! And you cannot turn this feature off! To make matters even worse, I took my Xbox off this tv and plugged into my living room and it still turns it on! Even in another room and it's connected to another tv! Unreal... I assume its through the network somehow because there is no other way. Terrible purchase and i do not recommend buying this for any amount other than free

Samsung TVs do not have a long life!

No picture, screen black, with audio working, can't see tv menu or anything. Was not worth the price to only last 4 years at light to moderate use. I have had several other higher end samsung tvs and they have all lasted less than 5 years. Won't be buying anymore Samsung tvs.

Not as happy with this Samsung tv as the bigger on

Not really 4k dead pixels in first months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV does not ever seem like real 4K. Then a few months in pixels in the center of the TV started to die. Now I have a huge black bar that goes through my TV. It is only visible sometimes but it is extremely distracting on darker content. And the warranty is a joke. They want me to drive a 40 inch TV over a hour away to drop off for repair. Estimated 2-3 weeks for repair.... Learned my lesson. Go with LG or Sony.
