The TV picture appears dim. Not sure why---it is in the family room and not in direct sunlight.

not quite as good of a picture as I thought it would be. Have blur during fast scenes

Just got my TV out of the box, it is not hooked up yet. I will call my store to hook it up

I buy and use Turo bo tax every year it is a good program. I will continue to do so

I bought this TV because it had Bluetooth capability. My 91 year old Mother used a remote speaker system and her old one was dying. Now we find out that you cannot 'lock in' the Bluetooth settings in the TV but have to go through the whole set up to connect the remote Bluetooth speaker. Samsung is no help! DUMB!!

Excellent picture, average sound. Set up a little more difficult than expected.

I previously owned a 32" Sony high definition. I had it for about 6 years. thought it was great I purchased the Samsung 42" smart high defi sud. This tv is fantastic. The color and clarity is so much better than the Sony. I should have done this sooner.

This tv is good but has a lot of bad points. The picture is bad sometimes.

I bought the tv because it was 4k and competitively priced even though several friends told me samsung tvs don't hold up well. Sure enough, it broke after 8 months.

The tv has a beautiful clear 4K picture and movies and video games look great. Unfortunately it stopped coming on after being used for <2 years. It's my bedroom tv and we rarely use it. Very disappointing.

I purchased this television in June of 2016. It worked great for the first year. Six weeks after my one year warranty expired the television quit working. It started taking over 20 minutes to get the television to turn on and when it finally would there was no sound. I researched the issue online and found out it is a very common problem with Samsung TV's. Just this week I had to buy a brand new television. I definitely did not go with Samsung this time and never will again. Don't waste your money until Samsung fixes this widely known issue. This was my first and last Samsung ever!!!

Images are jumpy up and down on the tv screen, now it's so frequent, This renders the tv useless, I really need to return it. But It's been 5 months since I bought the tv, Don't know what to do.

Easy tv to set up and use. I had to contact Samsung at first to install an update, but now that I know how to do it, it is easy to do on my own.

The one and only issue I have with this tv is that no matter what input you last used, it will automatically turn that device on! And you cannot turn this feature off! To make matters even worse, I took my Xbox off this tv and plugged into my living room and it still turns it on! Even in another room and it's connected to another tv! Unreal... I assume its through the network somehow because there is no other way. Terrible purchase and i do not recommend buying this for any amount other than free

I purchased this tv in 2016. Has only had light/moderate use for 4 years and it went out. No picture, screen black, with audio working, can't see tv menu or anything. Was not worth the price to only last 4 years at light to moderate use. I have had several other higher end samsung tvs and they have all lasted less than 5 years. Won't be buying anymore Samsung tvs.

This tv is supposed to be same as my 4k downstairs, just smaller but it does'nt play as good as the bigger one.I have a 65 inch 4k downstairs.

TV does not ever seem like real 4K. Then a few months in pixels in the center of the TV started to die. Now I have a huge black bar that goes through my TV. It is only visible sometimes but it is extremely distracting on darker content. And the warranty is a joke. They want me to drive a 40 inch TV over a hour away to drop off for repair. Estimated 2-3 weeks for repair.... Learned my lesson. Go with LG or Sony.
